Huis was erg donker. Veel zwart en grijs met weinig lichtinval. Zwarte Keuken achterwand maakte het erg donker.

De ligging, de elektrische kookplaat, boxsprings

Het huisje (Oslo) is gedateerd, de bank en de relaxstoelen zakken in en veroorzaken rugpijn.
Het is erg donker, verlichting moet altijd aan. Muffe lucht,
De receptie is zeer gedateerd, donker en stinkt, was 5 jaar geleden ook al zo.

De bad kamer , om te douchen moet je in het bad klimmen, dat is voor gebrekkige mensen een groot probleem.
Geen haakjes om je kleren op te hangen, in douch en slaap kamer.

Dat ze de klachten niet gelijk aanpakken ook al is het een dag later.

Dat het toilet en douche netjes waren.

Dat het matras waar onze dochter op lag kwam een urine geur uit.ze heeft daar een nacht op gelegen. Haar hele hoeslaken was geel,ranzig. Hebben hem twee weken op het balkon gezet omdat ze na melding er niks aan deden
