Goede locatie, balkon, eigen keukentje.
Niet super schoon. In de gang beneden ruikt het erg onhygiënisch en 1 lift is kapot waardoor het extra lang duurt voordat je boven bent. Ook hadden wij er 2 handdoekenpakketten erbij geboekt maar deze waren helaas niet aanwezig. Omdat het appartement geen receptie was was het nog wel lastig om de conciërge te vinden om dit te regelen.

De locatie, het hotel ligt centraal gelegen.
Hotel is met de auto slecht bereikbaar. Hygiene is zwaar onder de maat. De appartementen zijn erg klein. Comfort is slecht. Meubilair is aan vervanging toe. Geen receptie aanwezig. Je moet zelf het bed opmaken en afhalen.

De koelkast was goed koud
Hygiene was zeer slecht, leek wel of er niet gepoetst was. We boekten twee slaapkamers, maar de bedden stonden in dezelfde ruimte. Stapelbed is niet gemaakt voor volwassenen. Vieze vlekken in de matrassen. Sloten gevaarlijk wanneer er brand uitbreekt.

Dat het aan de dijk gelegen is.
Dat het niet echt geschikt is voor een groot gezin, zeer benauwd om met 5 op een kamer te zitten. Een appartement kan je het niet noemen. Daardoor dat we er ook nauwelijks aanwezig geweest zijn. Wat jammer is want met een baby en kleine kinderen heb je toch vaak rust momenten nodig.

Dat er een lift aanwezig was. En dat de badkamer netjes was.
Kleine kamer. Niet echt netjes. stoelen en zeteltjes waren veel vieze plekken op, Stoffige kamer en vuile ramen. Er word volgens mij enkel gestofzuigd, wat je als gast ook doet. Want als gast laat je het zowiezo al "netjes" achter, anders komen er extra boetes bij.

De ligging
Weinig ventilatie, alleen schuifpui op het balkon, maar die kon 's nachts niet open blijven wegens gekrijs van de meeuwen. Kookgelegenheid minimaal en pannen ook van mindere kwaliteit. Daarnaast ook geen WiFi op de kamer.

De ligging, vlakbij strand en centrum.
Appartement te klein voor 4 personen. Te weinig (gedateerd) meubilair, bijna geen mogelijk tot ventilatie en schuifdeur douche kapot. Appartement en meubilair zijn toe aan een opknap beurt cq. vervanging.

Ligging
Geen receptie.
Bij aankomst code in moeten tikken om binnen te komen. Onze sleutel lag er niet. Na 3 telefoontjes zelf sleutels uit kluisje moeten halen.
Zeer onveilige appartementen. Men kan alleen via code op deur
pand verlaten! Moet 3x code intikken omdat batterij vervangen moeten worden. Moeten er niet aan denken dat er in dit complex brand uitbreekt. Hiervan zullen wij melding maken aan de brandweer.
Daarnaast over het appartement: geen slot op wc/douche, klink hangt los in deur, dus als je deur dicht wil trekken heb je klink in de handen. Dus ander moet de deur achter je dichtduwen!!!
Verwarmingen werkt niet. Indien we deze aan willen zetten slaan stoppen door.
Dus we hebben met dekens op bank gezeten. Hangt sigarettenlucht in gang

Bij aankomst was het bestelde linnenpakket en handdoekenpakket
niet op de kamer maar na 1 telefoontje was het foutje binnen een half uur opgelost. Dat er iets misgaat kan altijd gebeuren we zijn tenslotte allemaal maar gewoon mensen maar als het dat snel wordt rechtgezet vind ik dat een pluspunt.

HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
