House Rules at Spa One
At Spa One it is compulsory to not wear bathing clothes. There are no special days for women-only or "bathing clothing allowed". In addition, children from the age of 14 years are welcome if they are accompanied by an adult.

Business Bookings are accepted based on request, maximum no. of nights 6 (no prolongation or new booking), one person per bedroom, BB's will pay higher deposit.

For the group accommodations (8 - 12 persons) minimum age of the main booker is 25 years. Bergvliet Villa’s reserves the right not to hand over the key upon check-in or to charge a higher deposit, at the discretion of the reception. If you fall under this, your reservation will be cancelled free of charge. For normal bookings minimum age is 21. Families with children are allowed.

Niet verkopen als vuurwerkvrij, het was bar en boos met oud en nieuw. Ik had bewust geboekt vanwege het "voorwerkvrije" label!!!

Review of "Bergvliet Villa's" 6.0

De villa was mooi ruim en er waren voldoende keuken artikelen aanwezig om met negen man te eten in een acht persoons villa. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Het inchecken en uitchecken ging vlot en vriendelijk. Een reparatie aan een lamp in het plafond is gelijk opgepakt. Dicht bij Oosterhout en Breda en aan een golfbaan. IVM het gezelschap hebben mijn partner en ik helaas geen gebruik van kunnen maken.

Voor de prijs die wij hebben betaald verwacht ik een Villa die tip top is. Wat beter kan is de schoonmaak: de villa was vies. Op de plinten lag een dikke laag stof. De douchecabines waren smerig (geel uitgeslagen in de hoeken). Er lag in een van de badkamer een veertje uit een pen wat een indicatie was dat er niet is gestofzuigd. De villa was al helemaal uitgewoond de muren zaten vol vegen en beschadigingen, het meubilair was doorgesleten en de lamp in het plafond flikkerde. Er was een open haard maar alleen buiten. Een open haard binnen was een echt pluspunt geweest. Het terras + open haard lag aan de “weg”. Het terras richting het bos zou meer een gevoel van exclusiviteit hebben gegeven.

Met de familie bij elkaar.

De villa was smerig. Een van de badkamers had geen douche maar alleen een bad. Voor een senior niet heel handig want die kan het bad niet in- en uitstappen.

Als je in een 8 persoonsvilla wil koken/eten met 8 personen heb je een probleem.

Servies gaat nog enigzins.

Mooi ruim opgezet. Gezellig wat betreft uitstraling. Buiten omvang van de koelkast voor 8 personen zeer matig.

Volgens ons geen eindcontrole op schoonmaak. De villa was in totaal gezien niet echt schoon.

Hebben met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen een zeer gezellig lang weekend gehad.

Voor de betaalde prijs had ik een spic en span accommodatie verwacht. Was niet zo. Weet niet of kleine beschadigingen in muren en vieze muren gevolg zijn van achterstallig onderhoud.
