De service is goed

De hele "bungalow" is slecht en ontzettend vies. de muren in het hele huisje zijn smerig ,de vloerbedekking boven heel vies. er ontbreekt voor 4 personen alle bestek ,je moet na iedere maaltijd afwassen anders heb je geen bestek. het serviesgoed is een allergaartje,voor 4 personen van alles te weinig .Het hele huisje zat vol met zilvervisjes in de afwasbak van het aanrecht, in de toilet in het bad op de vloer van de WC, kortom het hele huisje is slecht de oven was niet te gebruiken zo vies .Ik snap niet dat iemand het durft te verhuren. En ik snap ook niet dat jullie borg vragen als jullie niet controleren.Ik zal het ook niet iemand aanraden wij zijn beter gewent.

Review of "Bungalowpark de Zeven Heuvelen" 3.0

Personeel was behulpzaam met zoeken naar alternatief.

Wij hadden geboekt voor een week. We waren een half uur tevroeg en ons werd verzocht om te wachten want ze waren bezig met het schoonmaken van het huis. Toen we bij huisje kwamen zagen we een geraamte van te maken huizen. Ze waren bezig met nieuwe huizen te maken. We keken uit op een veld met gras. Bij binnenkomst woning zag we dat bank uitgeleefd was en vol met vlekken dat je bang werd om erop te zitten. Koelkast was heel erg vies. Huis zag er niet netjes uit. Overal zag je spinnenwebben. Zelf personeel vond het huis niet schoon. We kregen 2 mogelijk heden om toch daar te verblijven maar deze waren erg klein. We zijn toen weg gegaan.

De ligging van het park, het vriendelijke personeel en de wellness

Er zijn nauwelijks buitenvoorzieningen voor kinderen. Op de site van Bungalowspecials staat een sportveld benoemd die er gewoon niet is. Tevens zijn veel bungalows permanent bewoond door arbeidsmigranten die letterlijk hun vuilzakken buiten de deur flikkeren.

Het was niet schoon en het afwerkingsniveau was echt matig en goedkoop. Scheuren in buitenmuren, vloeren met flinke kieren

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Top!!
Het Park is rustig gelegen en op loop afstand van bushaltes en het centrum. Dit is erg handig voor beozjers die geen eigenvervoer hebbben.

Internet service/verbinding kan beter. Internet is erg langzaam en niet overal heb je goed bereik. Ook werken niet alle apps naar behoren op het netwerk, bijvoorbeeld whatssapp videocall lukt inet en zo ook niet vele andere videochat services. Dus was wel lastig om in contact te blijven met het thuisfront (in het buitenland).

Had een klein appartementje; goed voor de privacy!

Ruimte was wel klein vergeleken met wat ik gewend ben. Had een appartement voor 4 personen; was soms wel krap. Op de bovenverdieping was het wel warm en daardoor soms lastig om te slapen. De ventilator was geen sterke ventilator, dus echt verkoeling had je niet veel. Maar verder was het wel okay.

Mooi park en heel goed gelegen.
Vlak bij een bushalte, maar het is ook goed te lopen naar het dorp Groesbeek
6 persoonshuisjes zijn heel mooi en ruim, ik denk dat ze nog helemaal nieuw zijn.
Prachtige omgeving.

Weinig keukengerei, zoals bestek .
De t.v. was niet ingesteld , men is wel een keer wezen kijken, maar daarna wist ik het eigenlijk nog steeds niet, dus de hele week geen t.v. gekeken.
Slechte aangeefbordjes van de nummers van de huisjes
Slechte weggetjes met kuilen enz. naar het huisje toe

Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig

Overgordijnen waren gewassen en vol kreukels.
Vitrage hing op de grond
Vloer was niet goed schoongemaakt, hagelslag van de vorige bewoners lag nog op de grond
Toiletbril zat er scheef op
De randen van de deur van de douchecabine waren erg vies.
Onder de deur van het appartement zat een enorme stof streep, nooit gepoetst
