Achterstallig onderhoud speeltuin , zandbak, tennisbaan
grasveld niet gemaaid

Review of "Bungalowpark Landsrade" 8.0
Ligging : nabij Valkenburg, rustig.
Slechte aanduiding van ingang. Te weinig voorzieningen in keukenuitrusting. 15 glazen voor 15 bewoners, te weinig borden, te weinig kookpotten en schotels. Enkele kamers hadden geen lavabo of kast. Receptie niet bemand na aankomstdag, wat in noodgeval erg kan zijn. Voor 15 personen slechts twee WC's is ver beneden de wettelijke voorzieningen. Daarom is de prijsstelling veel te hoog.

Uitrusting, te kleine kamers, te weinig hygiënische voorzieningen. Keuken onvoldoende toegerust.

Review of "Bungalowpark Landsrade" 8.0
Prachtige ligging, mooi terrein, rustig. In de bungalow waar wij zaten prachtig vrij uitzicht.
* Receptie onbemand op in- en uitchecktijden, zoeken naar een verantwoordelijke.
* Verwelkoming was minimaal.
* Geen verdere informatie over waar wat te vinden is op het terrein. (b.v. waar de afvalcontainers staan)
* Weinig professionele aanpak en geen aandacht voor service en klantvriendelijkheid.

* Het prachtige vrije uitzicht uit het huisje waar wij zaten.
* Geen informatie in de bungalow over hoe alles werkt, moesten zelf alles uitvogelen, o.a. de CV-ketel die niet aangezet was waardoor er geen warm water was.
* Inrichting van de bungalow sterk verouderd en afgeleefd, oncomfortabel meubilair (o.a. doorgezakte bank). Ongezellig, koud ingericht. (soort TL-verlichting.)
* Jaren '80 keuken met veel gebreken. (Koelkastdeur en meerdere lades sloten niet, kapotte onderdelen, keukenspullen smoezelig/vies.
* Over het algemeen niet goed schoon.
* Badkamer zelfs gevaarlijk door sterk aflopende gladde vloer.
*Prijs/kwaliteit was niet in verhouding voor wat we kregen.

Review of "Bungalowpark Landsrade" 6.0
Ligt redelijk centraal gelegen als je uitstapjes wilt maken naar Valkenburg en Maastricht.
Er hingen geen rookmelders in de bungalow. Dat vonden wij wel een aandachtspunt, gezien je in een verblijf bent voor 8 personen inclusief sauna en elektrische huishoudelijke apparaten.

Het was een prima ruimte met voldoende bedden en sanitaire gelegenheden.
De oven was niet helemaal schoon, werkte ook niet optimaal. In combinatie met het feit dat er geen rookmelders o.i.d. aanwezig waren, was dit wel een minpunt.

To change a booking (e.g. to another date), please contact our Service Desk on +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m). Changes are always made upon request and at the discretion of the holiday park. HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
Any booking made can be cancelled using a link provided in the confirmation email. If you no longer have the confirmation email, please contact our Service Desk by calling +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m).
