Huisjes erg dicht op elkaar.

Vriesgedeelte in ijskast was ontdooit en gehele ijskast plus erbuiten stond als gevolg hiervan vol water. Stroomgroep stond uit/was uitgevallen
Dus eerste halfuurtje van het verblijf mogen poetsen.....
Huisje lag direct aan druk straatje waardoor er weinig privacy was omdat aan beide kanten automatisch iedereen binnenkeek.

Vriendelijk personeel zoeken voor een oplossing

Dat het bankstel in huisje versleten was niet op te zitten het leer was helemaal versleten ik vind dat ze dat bij boeking wel hadden mogen zeggen dan hadden we nog keus het is met lakens er over opgelost zo hebben we voor de kerst nog een beetje fatsoenlijk kunnen zitten

Huisje had geen halletje. Veel kou via de voordeur en de hond is tot 2x ontsnapt.

We hadden een klacht over ons chalet dat is de volgende dag heel goed opgelost.
Het ligt in een hele mooie omgeving.

Dat we een ander luxe huisje hebben gekregen omdat chalet die we geboekt hadden heel slecht was/schandalig om die te verhuren..

We hadden een 6- persoons chalet geboekt, we kwamen na 17u,
we waren met z’n 3en, staat er een bank rechtop in de kamer, ik weet niet waar die bank anders staat, maar het is te klein voor 6 personen, magnetron staat in de weg, daar moet koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker staan ivm stopcontact, geen stopcontact en haakjes in douche.
Het was heel vies, schimmel, noodnummer werd niet opgenomen, heb voicemail ingesproken, werd niet op gereageerd, volgende dag werd het pas opgelost. Dit kan echt niet, nog nooit meegemaakt, dit was de 1 ste keer bij jullie..wij vonden het jammer dat begin zo slecht was..

Der Park ist übersichtlich, schön abgelegt und liegt nah am Meer.

Ein gutes, gepflegtes Restaurant und ein Schwimm-und Erlebnisbad wären wünschenswert !

Die Häuser waren groß und gepflegt, ebenso das Parkgelände. Der Brötchenservice war auch gut und die Mitarbeiter alle freundlich.

Die Freizeitangebote auf dem Platz sind kleiner als erwartet und in die Jahre gekommen. Ebenso fanden wir die Anmeldung für diese Angebote sehr undurchsichtig. Da die Anmeldung auf der Homepage nicht klappte und vor Ort zu wenig Personal vorhanden war, haben wir dann garkeins der Angebote auf dem Platz genutzt. Schade.

Die Eingangstür war sehr schwer abzuschließen. Das große Fenster haben wir leider zum lüften nicht aufbekommen.

Leuk parc met veel mogelijkheden tot activiteiten....hondvriendelijk..lekker dichtbij zee...leuk knus huisje

Huisje lag dichtbij werkplaats van het parc...veel geluidsoverlast...ook werd er veel geklust op het parc bij privéhuisjes
