Sehr schöne Gegend / Ausblick fantastisch. Personal sehr freundlich .
Nicht gut geeignet für Rollstuhlfahrer , Kinderwagen . Leider war das Comfort Haus nicht Kinder sicher zb Schlafzimmertüre direkt an Treppe man muss aufpassen das man nicht stürzt . Kamin ragte sehr in den Raum so das man auch dort aufpassen muss das Kleinkinder nicht gegen stoßen mit dem Kopf ( große Kante ) . Kinderzimmer im Untergeschoss weit vom Elternschlafzimmer entfernt und leider war es nicht möglich die im Kinderzimmer vorhandene Nachttischlampe zu benutzen weil dort Steckdosen fehlten die Nachttischlampe diente somit nur zur Deco . Das Schwimmbad Pyramide war enttäuschend es roch die Treppe zr Wasserrutsche hoch stark nach Urin . Die Wasserrutsche sehr abgenutzt / veraltet Spinde klemmten auch diese sehr alt .

Unsicher für Kinder keine Steckdose im Kinderzimmer um die Nachttischlampe anzuschließen. Viele stolper/stoß fallen .

Mooi gerenoveerd huisje, bedden waren opgemaakt bij aankomst en elk huisje heeft prachtig uitzicht.
- weinig bestek/glazen etc.
- slechte WiFi
- gebrek aan informatie over telefoonnummers/vertrek etc.
- openingstijden zwembad/shop
- er is niet zoals bij Roompot/Landal etc. een pakket met een vaatdoek/vuilniszak/afwasborstel en -middel, niet vergeten dus.
- ligt best ver van de snelweg

Het was schoon, de bedden waren al opgemaakt en had een mooi uitzicht.
Er was een lamp kapot, stekker was niet meer aangesloten op de lamp.
Er was zeer weinig bestek en borden/bekers en dan ook nog eens allemaal anders.
De oven was geen hete lucht, alleen een grill en magnetron.
En met kleine kinderen was er geen rekening gehouden met veiligheid m.b.t. de trap, er waren geen hekjes aanwezig, ook niet op de steile wenteltrap naar het terras buiten.

Mooi natuur veel speelplekje voor de kinderen.
Te veel snacks, te weinig vers.
Geen schoonmaakdoekjes in huis (basis). Zout, peper en bakolie zou een goede basisaanvulling zijn. We vonden het ontbijt wat duur. Moeder en dochter eten in ons geval altijd weinig.
Een (meerdaagse) dagpas voor de kinderen om de faciliteiten (klimhal/minigolf,etc) te gebruiken zou de voorkeur hebben. De wifi in de huizen moeten beter. Deze valt vaak weg (overbelast) of te langzaam. Bij activity planet was hij wel goed, maar het was daar niet zo druk op dat moment.

Mooi uitzicht. Je voelt je snel thuis. Mooie meubels. Leuke ligging, luxe. Fijne douche.
De muren in de badkamer mogen wat meer aandacht krijgen tijdens de (periodieke) schoonmaak.
