Mooie ligging aan de ourthe.

vlakbij laroche, mooi stadje en van alles te doen

Chalet was ronduit slecht,beschimmelde gordijnen, geen douche stang in bad, elektisch fornuis werkte maar voor 1/4, stank in het huisje, overal honden haren, huisje niet schoon, versleten en vieze matrassen en nog steeds oude dekens in het huisje. geen uitzicht vanaf het balkonnetje, was dicht begroeid met bomen en dan heb ik het nog niet over het erg gedateerde huisje met rommel. Dus alom erg slecht

Review of "La Boverie" 4.0

Geen idee.

Vreemd als je in een huisje komt en zelf de elktra, waterkraan en boiler aan moet zetten. Zelf de meterstanden moet noteren. Niemand die dan mee loopt of zorgt dat het klaar is. Verder rook het huisje onwijs muf en was er van schoonmaak geen sprake. Dit viel ontzettend tegen.

Alles moest je zelf doen. Verder was de koelkast stuk en was de tafel op het terras stuk. Het huis was niet schoongemaakt en rook ontzettend muf. We dachten in eerste instantie dat er een kadaver of zo iets lag.

Een heel mooi park. De huizen zijn losstaand en hebben prachtige grote balkons.De omgeving is schitterend.

Het prachtig grote balkon, de badkamer was wel netjes

Smerig en vies. Je betaalt schoonmaakkosten maar daar is nog nooit schoon gemaakt, behalve door onszelf. In het keukenkastje stonden halflege flessen en lagen oude vaatdoekjes onder de muizenkeutels. Ik heb twee dekens uitgewassen omdat ze stonken. De tafel kregen we ook na 6x nat afnemen niet schoon.

Review of "La Boverie" 9.0

De ligging is fantastisch. In een zeer groene omgeving. Alle huisjes hebben een prima uitzicht, er zijn speelgelegenheden voor kinderen, goede restaurants en is een prima uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes.

De huisjes zijn verdeeld over 2 recepties. De ene receptie is zeer beperkt open, de andere alleen met frans-talig personeel. Deze 2 werken niet samen. Met klachten over de netheid van de accommodatie kan je dus nergens terecht en als dat wel lukt, wordt dat afgedaan als een vorige huurder die niet netjes is geweest of de eigenaar die geen zorg draagt voor het huisje.
Er is een groot verschil tussen de servicegerichtheid van de 2 recepties.

Review of "La Boverie" 8.0

Prachtige locatie en hele mooie omgeving. Park zelf is goed verzorgd. La Roche vlakbij en klimwanden, kanoverhuur ook.

Het huisje zelf. Het was niet schoon en koud s'nachts - slecht geisoleerd. Ik had het idee dat er niet veeel aandacht aan wordt bested vanuit de verhuurder. Ook het feit dat er twee verschillende receptive punten zijn - 1 vriendelijke en 1 minder vriendelijk waarvan wij de minder vriendelijke hadden stelde niet gerust. Ik heb het idee dat de andere huisjes (90% van het park) die door de eigenaren zelf verhuurd worden vanuit een vriendelijke receptive beter onderhouden worden, gezien op het park zelf waar mensen bezig waren de huisjes schoon te maken. Dat geld dus niet voor de huisjes die door onze verhuurder verhuurd warden.
