Review of "Landal Het Vennenbos" 9.0

Ons zoontje is tijdens ons verblijf van de trap gevallen. En we zijn echt meer dan uitstekend geholpen door het personeel in verschillende opzichten. Toen het net gebeurd was door de beveiliger met ehbo en toen we uit het ziekenhuis kwamen kregen we een kaart om de auto bij het huisje te houden zodat zonodig we meteen de auto ter beschikking hadden. Volgende ochtend kwamen ze langs om te vragen hoe het ging. Hebben de Kids een super mooie bollo knuffel gekregen. Later in de plaza van een medewerker nog een andere knuffel. Echt vol lof over het personeel en de diensten

Er had wat meer verlichting gemogen bij de bruggetjes. Wij zaten in 813 en de bruggen daar oogde wat donker. Verder totaal geen minpunten.

Ruimte genoeg. Traphekjes. Voldoende borden etc.

Dat de losse bedden niet makkelijk tegen elkaar gezet konden worden vanwege de vaste nachtkastjes. Zodat je als stel toch samen kon slapen

Mooi park.

Dat er toch wat aandachts puntjes zijn.
Waarvan een echt wat aangedaan moet worden.
Namelijk de schoorsteen moet echt geveegd worden.
Na 1 uur ging de rook melder af.
Toen we in bad zaten.
Alles onder de roet.

Genoeg te doen voor kinderen vinden wij een groot plus punt.

Het kapotte bankstel kon allang niet meer scheuren en gaten erin .

Egt voor schandaal ga aub zelf even kijken dan weet je wat ik bedoel.

Review of "Landal Het Vennenbos" 9.0

- Vriendelijk onthaal aan de receptie toen we binnengingen voor een plattegrond van het park en later ook voor een fietskaart met knooppunten (ook foldertjes met fietsroutes beschikbaar maar kaart is toch handig!).
- Ruime parkshop!
- Voldoende mogelijkheden om te eten (restaurant, pizzeria) en ook daar vriendelijk personeel.
- Zeer mooi park! Wel blij dat we onze fietsen hadden gezien de afstand tot de 'plaza'.

- Wij verbleven met 2 personen in een naar ons inziens gerenoveerde 5-persoons bungalow 5B1
met mooie badkamer (met ligbad) en verzorgd keukenblok. Netjes bij aankomst!

- Persoonlijk vinden we de bungalow te klein voor meerdere personen. Wij gebruikten 2de slaapkamer als berging.
- De digitale sleutel vinden we niet makkelijk!
- Geen senseo-apparaat in de keuken.
