Review of "Landgoed de IJsvogel" 6.0
Huisjes zien er mooi uit, omgeving van Voorthuizen is prachtig en de Ijsvogel ligt daarmee in een omgeving waar veel te ondernemen is zoals Paleis het Loo, het Park de Hoge Veluwe.
Zeer weinig personeel op het terrein, bij het zwembad helemaal geen personeel aanwezig. De vloeren bij de kleedhokjes waren vies.
Restaurant zag er niet erg uitnodigend uit. We hebben alle dagen van ons verblijf ofwel in het huisje gegeten of buiten het park gegeten.

Huisjes zien er van buiten erg mooi uit. Tuin goed onderhouden. Alles aanwezig in het huisje wat je zou verwachten.
Je kunt maar een kraan tegelijk open hebben. Als je in de douche op de 1e verdieping doucht sta je beneden in de douche onder een koude stroom. Als de wastafel kraan aanstaat, sta je in dezelfde badkamer ook onder een koude kraan. Dat betekent dat je constant met elkaar moet afstemmen wie wanneer welke kraan aanzet. Niet handig! In beide douches van het 8 persoons huisje ontbrak een thermostaat kraan. Lastig voor de kinderen om aan te doen en de temperatuur goed te regelen.

- Personeel vriendelijk
- Prijs/kwaliteit van huisjes goed
- Geen winkeltje of broodjeservice, dichtstbijzijnde winkel op ruim 4 km
- Wifi tegen betaling
- Huisjes lagen vrij dicht op elkaar
- Ondanks vakantie was het niet echt gezellig op het park. Op koningsdag ook niet een vlag of Oranjeversiering
- Slechte/geen bewegwijzering

- Geen lichtknop bij bed zelf in slaapkamer met 2-persoonsbed. Dus in donker licht zoeken als je s'nachts naar de wc moet.

Je loopt zo het bos in.
Het park is niet echt een geheel. Ons huisje zat ook dicht bij de weg.

Het was ruim genoeg en een grote eettafel.
De stoelen waren kapot, de inrichting van de keuken was minimaal en deksels van pannen kapot messen waren bot.

Onderhoud: er kan wel een likje verf over de muren, gordijntje in keuken zat onder de spetters, kraan wiebelde.
