Mooie omgeving
Ik boek bij jullie 2 persoons appartement op foto's op jullie site prachtig gelijk vloers tuin slaapkamer. Kom je daar steil omhoog trap. Bed in kamer vreselijk. Contact met jullie moet het zelf uitzoeken met Novasol. WiFi erg slecht geen honden vijver gezien. Ontvangt receptie slecht alles zelf uitzoeken. Werd niks uit gelegd, kortom hier kom ik nooit meer en boek ook nooit meer wat via jullie

Review of "Novasol Ferienhausdorf Viechtach" 6.0
Die Lage, sowie die Sauberkeit der Anlage.
Bilder und Zimmerbeschreibungen die bei Ferienspecials.de & Novasol angegeben werden haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Laut den Bildern und Beschreibungen dort, wurde uns ein Schlafzimmer, eine Terasse inkl. Grill und viele weitere Extras wie eine Spülmaschine versprochen. Außerdem war eine ganz andere Adresse angegeben, sowie kein einziger Hinweis zum Feriendorf Schwarzholz und deren Homepage, wo alles viel übersichtlicher und der Realität entsprechend angegeben ist. Erst bei Ankunft wurde uns mit dem Willkommensbrief die eigene Homepage mitgeteilt.
Zudem war das angebotene WLan mit 6 verschiedenen Geräten und Zugangscodes nicht funktionsfähig!
