Freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Die Häuser ( Toilette undicht, Türen konnten nicht geschlossen werden, da vom Wasser alles aufgequollen war,, Sofa defekt, Fernseher defekt Lattenroste defekt, Schiebetür konnte nicht verschlossen werden, Rauchmelder lag da ohne Batterie rum, Fußleisten versammelt und versifft usw) der ganze Park sieht aus,als hätte man seit Corona keinen Handschlag mehr gemacht.

Kein Einkauf möglich. Laden geschlossen. Bei Ankunft Toiletten geschlossen. Fernseher nicht angeschlossen und programmiert. Mussten wir selbst machen. Gastierte für Wasser nicht an. Wasserdicht warm Katastrophe.

Leider garkeine
Eigentlich kann man diesen Park nur noch schließen. Wir hatten eine Mängelliste von einer Dina4 Seite. Das fing an mit defekter Heizung , kaputter Lattenrost, aufgeplatzte Schranktüren, Sicherung vom Strom sprang dauernd raus, keinen Fernseher usw. usw.
Dem Personal interessierte das nicht wirklich. In den 20 Minuten Wartezeit an der Rezeption kamen noch 5 weitere Leute die sich beschwer haben.
Dann bot man uns ein anderes Challet an was genauso viele Mängel hatte. Ich kann diesen Park absolut nicht weiter empfehlen. Dauercamper erzählten das es seit dem Eigentümer Wechsel nur noch Bergab geht mit dem Platz. Überall nur Verwahrlosung im ganzen Park. Die zocken die Kunden richten ab.

Unser Aufenthalt von Tag 1 bis zum Schluss war hervorragend. Wir müssen alle Mitarbeiter hoch loben. Sie waren direkt vor Ort wenn man Hilfe benötigt hat. Ich muss den Mitarbeitenden Dirk sehr sehr hoch loben. Ich war schon in vielen Ferienparks und nirgendwo habe ich so einen hilfsbereiten Menschen getroffen. Er hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr erleichtert und uns hilfsreiche Tipps gegeben. Auch der Mitarbeiter Robert war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeder hinsetzen. Wir werden den kommenden Sommer aufjedenfall wieder kommen. Danke für alles bleibt gesund.
