Review of "Pierre & Vacances Premium Résidence & Spa" 7.0

Het is een rustig park hoog op de berg. Het buitenzwembad is heerlijk warm en de Spa is weliswaar wat ouder maar is heerlijk vertoeven maar gauw vol. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel was geweldig. Bij aankomst werden we door de manager opgevangen en de info was duidelijk en inhoudelijk waarna we zelfs overtuigd waren dat ons vooroordeel over Frankrijk niet juist was! De overige collega’s waren supervriendelijk en de broodjesservice was zeer handig. De winkel is echter wel wat verder weg! Kortom; heerlijke locatie om tot rust te komen. Aan de ligging en het personeel ligt het niet!

De reservering komt in het Frans binnen. Google translate helpt. De huisjes zijn ontzettend klein en je mist een winkeltje en een barretje op het complex. Het park is gelegen op een berg en dat is met de fiets pittig. Verder zagen wij dat het hout behoorlijk rot is. De huisjes zelf zijn verouderd en interieur is niet comfortabel maar het is wel voor een weekje goed te doen. Voor minder validen zou een boodschappendienst een uitkomst zijn.

Het huisje ziet er zo super schattig uit en het uitzicht is adembenemend.

Het is ontzettend klein. Een tweede badkamer is feitelijk overbodig. Verder is de inrichting sober en oncomfortabel. Het onderhoud zelf is achterstallig met rot hout bij de tuindeur.

- Van binnen mooie bungalows (netjes en schoon)
- Prima bedden

- balkon is wat verouderd maar is niet erg
- bungalows zijn relatief klein qua oppervlakte

Schoon, mooie ligging, vriendelijk personeel, verwarmd buitenbad met prachtig uitzicht en voor wie dat wil is er veel te ondernemen in de omgeving.

Geen parasols bij het zwembad.

Prachtig uitzicht, goede service, vriendelijke personeel, mooie accommodatie, lekker zwembad.

Geen, want dat het wat een schuine weg lopen is van het strand dat wist je en ook de grootte van het huisje is van tevoren duidelijk. Het viel ons mee.

Schoon huisje, meubels zagen er als nieuw uit. Volledige inrichting en alles aanwezig, zoals afwasmachine, nespresso apparaat.

Hoe schoon het in het park is. Nergens ligt rommel op de grond.

Dat de afwasmachine het niet goed deed we in de kamer moesten slapen omdat er niks voor ons was geboekt door jullie. Hebben een aantal uur (van 5 tot 8 uur) moeten wachten totdat ze een oplossing voor ons hadden. Ipv een 8 persoons huisje lagen we met 6 volwassenen in een 6 persoons huisje Erg krap. Hopen hierover van jullie te horen er is op 11 juli al een mailtje van ons naar jullie gegaan.

Dat de bank redelijk lag

Er geen huisje voor ons was geboekt. We in een kleiner huisje kwamen te zitten dus voor ons 6en te krap. Als we nu kleine kinderen hadden was het geen probleem, maar ze zijn allemaal volwassen erg vervelend.

Het uitzicht en het uitstekende oplossend vermogen van het personeel van het park aangezien Bungalowspecials had verzuimd onze boeking aan het park door te geven en wij in het geheel niet werden verwacht. Het personeel heeft voor ons alsnog een heel mooi appartement geregeld!
