Bij aankomst een medewerker, die de klant overigensnet te woord staat. De medewerker ernaast deed niets dan op een scherm turen terwijl er meerdere klanten waren.
De toestand van het meubilair liet hier en daar te wensen over. Op toilet een spijker uitstekend in de ombouw van de deur en op de kinderkamer een hangende lamp aan de muur waar de draden zichtbaar van waren. ( gevaarlijk) linnenkast deuren die niet aansloten omdat belendende panelen gebogen waren. Lamp in keuken waar de kap vanaf was. Ook stof in hoeken van kamers.
De koekenpannen waren nietschoon evenals de wijnglazen.
Er was geen led verlichting. Lampen waren gloeiend heet.
Op de laatste dag stormde een vrouw door het huis om inventaris te kontroleren. Een gênante vertonin
