- The park calculates a deposit of €250 per accommodation. If you depart outside the reception hours, then this amount will be refunded within max. 4 weeks. If you have three or more cottages booked, the deposit can only be refunded into your bank account. When renting to young people the deposit may be doubled (this applies to both individual groups and school groups).

- Energy costs are calculated locally according to consumption. Each month, the price of energy is adjusted according to the official market rates
- Indoor swimming pool
- An indoor swimming pool is located some 200 metres from the park. Tickets for this can be bought at the park reception. Please note: swimming cap and swimming trunks are compulsory (no shorts).

Review of "Residence Durbuy Ardennen" 8.0
De ligging in de natuur.
In onze slaapbank lag een matrasje van enkele centimeters dik. Je voelde de veren door de matras. Mijn echtgenote heeft op de zetel gelegen, ik op de slaapbank. We hebben 7 nachten zeer slecht geslapen. De afplakband van de twee kleine tafeltjes hing op enkele plaatsen los of er ontbrak een stuk. In de keuken kon je de braadpan niet gebruiken omdat de bodem bol stond. We waren heel blij van eindelijk terug in ons eigen bed te kunnen slapen. We vonden de prijs voor 7 nachten dan ook een stuk te hoog. Voor deze prijs vind je meer comfort.

Zeer slechte slaapbank. Bij het open plooien, kwamen we hondehaar tegen. We hebben een stofzuiger gekregen en hebben zelf gepoetst.

Klein en de ligging vlak bij leuke plaatsen.
De receptie was alleen bij aankomst open. Verder de hele week gesloten.
Slechte verbinding van de televisie.

Verhoogd bed, voor oudere mensen niet geschikt.
Slechte tv verbinding, zenders slecht te ontvangen.

Mooie locatie
Als je een beneden hoekappartement hebt is er weinig privacy. De buren en bovenburen lopen langs een groot raam en kunnen naar binnen kijken. Is alleen mogelijk om een verduisterend overgordijn dicht te doen. Misschien een vitrage voor hangen.

Goed ingericht. Voldoende aan bestek en glazen. Mooi ruim alles.
Het was erg stoffig. Overal lagen pluizen maar geen stofzuiger in het huisje aanwezig. Je kon dus alleen maar vegen met een bezem.

Ligt in een mooi gebied. Bij aankomst afbakbroodjes, koffie, chips en flesjes water in het appartement aanwezig.
X schoonmaak was niet optimaal.
X de douche bij het het zwembad was spekglad.

Mooi appartement met alles erop en eraan.
Schoon en netjes.
Er was gereserveerd en betaald, door de GP in Spa waren we later dan gepland en konden we niet voor 20:00 uur aanwezig zijn en zou bij aankomst de borg betalen.
Gebeld vanuit Spa en moesten eerst de borg overmaken, dan zouden we een code van de kluis krijgen, op de mail die we ontvingen zou een link voor de betaling zitten ( niet dus ) nog twee keer gebeld en er wordt opgehangen. Door enorme drukte op internet ( ivm GP ) zeer slechte verbinding en geen geld voor borg kunnen overmaken. Toch maar gaan rijden om 22:00 uur niemand te bereiken. Gelukkig was er een andere gast die wel de code had en ons de envelop met sleutel kon geven. Anders hadden we in de auto moeten overnachten
Dit alles alleen om de BORG de rest was betaald.

Park Recidence Durbuy /Accomodatie Hades 2pers:
In informatie accomodatie stond beschreven dat er een aparte slaapkamer zou zijn. Bleek bij aankomst zit-slaapkamer. Hoeft geen probleem te zijn als er dan wel een goed bed aanwezig is en geen doorgezakte bedbank met scherpe randen.
Schemerlamp die bij aankomst kapot was is niet vervangen.
