- Deposit
- The park calculates a deposit of €250 per accommodation. If you depart outside the reception hours, then this amount will be refunded within max. 4 weeks. If you have three or more cottages booked, the deposit can only be refunded into your bank account. When renting to young people the deposit may be doubled (this applies to both individual groups and school groups).

- Energy costs are calculated locally according to consumption. Each month, the price of energy is adjusted according to the official market rates

* Mooie locatie en omgeving.

* Het personeel, slechte service het raam ging niet meer dicht, werd na 4x aangeven bij de receptie nog niet gemaakt.
* Het zwembad leuk dat je 1x mag zwemmen maar ze mogen wel zeggen dat je ervoor moet reserveren wat ze niet hebben gedaan

* De koelkast was redelijk groot vergeleken met een ander park.
* Elektrisciteits kosten betalen wisten we pas na de boeking.
* Het raam, dat niet dicht ging, waar we voor 4x naar de receptie zijn gegaan. Waar ze niets mee hebben gedaan.

Ligging en niet te groot.
Badkamer is gedateerd. Huisje was niet schoon. Spinnenweb. Lamp boven tafel was vet, leek wel nooit schoongemaakt. Plafond had gebladderd verf. Bank had vlekken.Deur naar badkamer kon niet helemaal open. Bestek was niet compleet. Een allegaartje aan kopjes en borden.

Review of "Residence Durbuy Ardennen" 4.0
Als enigste plusplunt kan ik aangeven de centrale ligging van het park. Een fraaie heuvelachtige omgeving met uitzicht op het dal van Bohon.
Vriendelijke ontvangst door een man, maar nadat we het huisje hadden bekeken, waren we teruggegaan naar de receptie om aan te geven dat er te veel schimmel aanwezig was in de bad- en slaapkamers. Daarnaast was de toegang naar de voordeur niet prettig. De stenen trap was doorgezakt en de eerste trede van de ijzer trap was veel te hoog en daardoor te belastend. Na dit kenbaar te hebben gemaakt aan de balie, werd dezelfde man zeer onvriendelijk. We kregen het gevoel als vervelende klant bestempeld te zijn. Want zei hij, in het systeem stond ook dat ik al eerder had geklaagd over de energiekosten. Ik gaf aan toen vragen gesteld te hebben, maar de vakantiesfeer was nu al verpest! Niet fijn. Huis nr2 was niet veel beter maar gezien de reactie ...

Eigenlijk niets, we zijn gebleven omdat we alles al betaald hadden.
De huisjes vallen behoorlijk tegen: heel veel schimmel in badkamers en slaapkamers, kapotte/doorleefde en zwaar vervuilde meubilair, flinke scheuren in de muren tot aan het dak, geforceerde voordeur, loszittende dorpel, zeer slecht tot geen wifi bereik, slechte media apparatuur, ontbrekende brandblusser op de met sticker aangegeven locatie, defecte lampen, kapotte lichtschakelaars, loshangende lampen, gesprongen en gescheurde tegels in de badkamers en woonkamer, beschadigde stucwerk, flink bekraste muren, kapotte deur vriesvak, temperatuur water in douches niet constant, slechte matrassen, tochtende dakramen etc...
Het huisje wordt verhuurd als 8 persoons maar er zijn slechts 6 bedden. De overige 2 moeten op een smerige doorgezakte slaapbank liggen. Ondanks de energiemeter met piek en daluren moet je voor beide 0,25c per KwH betalen, maar dat zie je pas bij inschrijving. Aangezien alles elektrisch is, geen gas, gaat het hard. Douchen en koken gaat niet tegelijk vanwege een beveiliging

Het huisje was smerig. Spin in bad. Wc was smerig en keuken plus het bestek was vies. We zijn gelijk volgende dag weg gegaan zo smerig was het.
