- An indoor swimming pool is located some 200 metres from the park. Tickets for this can be bought at the park reception. Please note: swimming cap and swimming trunks are compulsory (no shorts).

De ligging, en je kan gemakkelijk plaatsen dat ja bezoeken bereiken Een aanrader op dit gebied
Viel wel iets te duur uit, zeker bepaalde delen blijkbaar niet gekuist waren zoals het kookgedeelte

Review of "Residence Durbuy Ardennen" 6.0
De ligging is perfect. Rustige plek, geen doorgaand verkeer en rust op het park zelf.
Verouderde woningen zijn absoluut onder de maat van een vakantiewoning. Slecht onderhouden en de schoonmaak laat ook te wensen over.
De Borg en de verplichte schoonmaakkosten zijn ook een behoorlijke kostenpost en je moet maar hopen dat je je geld terug krijgt.

Appartement 711 heeft een prachtig uitzicht en een fijn balkon. De ligging is prima en de ruimte zelf is ook in orde
Slecht schoongemaakt, kapot terrasmeubilair, vaatwasser met kapot en verroest rek en stonk zodanig dat wij hem niet konden gebruiken. Ook na de melding is er geen actie ondernomen. Draaischijf van kleine magnetron werkte niet, waardoor deze niet te gebruiken was. Van de grote combi-magnetron ontbrak een laag rek waardoor je de oven niet kon gebruiken. Rooster rondom was smerig. Warm water was regelmatig op. Summier servies en oud. Doorgezakte slaapbank.

Er zijn geen pluspunten. Misschien enkel de omgeving is mooi.
Het is allemaal verouderd en het matras is niet deugdelijk. Alles is vies en/of werkt niet. Aan al die slechte recensies te lezen doet bungalow specials er niet veel mee. En begrijp werkelijk waar niet dat jullie dit aanbieden.

Het huisje dat wie hadden was de kleerkast onbruikbaar doordat de deuren niet konden openen of toch zeer moeilijk.

Een park met potentie maar in slechte onderhoudt staat.
Slaapkamer en badkamers zijn niet gerenoveerd.
Badkamer beschimmeld (overal).
Veel vocht, geen goede ventilatie voorziening.
Elektrisiteit verbruik is hoog, achteraf een domper irm verrekening borg. Vooraf kenbaar maken welk verbruik in welk jaargetijde gebruikelijk is.

Badkamer en slaapkamer zijn niet gerenoveerd.
Persoonlijke verzorging en slaap is een voorwaarde voor een goede vakantie.

Prachtige ligging. Mooie appartementen Prachtig uitzicht als je een luxere 2 appartement boekt. Een restaurant beneden is een topper.
Alleen een bad geen douche. Zittend moeten douchen. En je betaald stroom apart. Nog niet eerder meegemaakt.

Tot op heden nog steeds geen enkele reactie ontvangen op onze mededeling dat wij op weg naar jullie een ongeval hebben gehad, waarvoor wij meer dan 6 hrs op de spoed hebben moeten verblijven en mijn vriend geopereerd moet worden en waardoor wij niet tot bij jullie geraakt zijn!
Noch op deze mededeling, noch op onze vraag naar mogelijkheid tot partiële- of volledige restitutie van ons aan jullie betaalde bedrag enige reactie.
Neen in de plaats daarvan, deze geautomatiseerde mail, gewoon een schande.
