Sehr saubere Anlage.
Gute bzw. Ausreichende Ausstattung des Hauses. Zum Relaxen fast perfekt.

Im oberen Geschoss kommt wenig Wasser, was beim duschen nervig ist.

Definitiv die Lage unserer Unterkunft, mit Ausblick auf den Yachthafen direkt vom geöffneten Wohnzimmer bzw. Schlafzimmer. Die Unterkunft selbst ist auch sehr schön und geräumig.
Wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden über unsreren Aufenthalt dort.

Mooie ligging, vriendelijke uitstraling. heel vriendelijk personeel, maar fiks onderbezet.
leuke ruime gezins hotelkamer met heerlijk balkon, keurige badkamer.

Begint wat te verouderen, langzaam aan toe aan een stukje renovatie.

Review of "Roompot Cape Helius" 8.0

Ligging bij het water, strand, haven heerlijk voor het vakantiegevoel

Wij waren er maar een weekend, ook nog met een dag familiefeest in de buurt, dus misschien te kort om te beoordelen, maar omdat wij jonge kinderen hebben en geen boot, is dit park wellicht meer voor een andere doelgroep. Voor ons was het voor nu prima, maar voor een langere vakantie zou ik met de kinderen een ander park kiezen.

Review of "4-persoons appartement CP4" 8.0

Uitzicht op de haven, we hadden een appartement. Nu niet gebruikt, maar het feit dat er een wasmachine staat is wel fijn voor een langer verblijf. Gelukkig was er een koffiezetapparaat en een waterkoker. Dit moet Roompot echt als standaard keukenuitrusting zien hoor, die evt aparte bijbetaling hiervoor zou belachelijk zijn. Dit hoefden wij nu gelukkig niet !

Veilige sloten/gebruik pasje werkte heel goed !

Zoals vaak in vakantieverblijven, mistte ik nu ook weer extra planken/haakjes in de badkamer. De badkamer is nl best ruim met een douche en een bad, maar geen plek om je handdoek of toitettas neer te zetten/ op te hangen. Kunnen makkelijk wat haken / planken geplaatst worden !

temperatuur zelf regelen was lastig, best warm in het appartement.

Douchekraan niet makkelijk te mengen.

Gesplitste bovenverdieping

Beide afwasmachines deden het niet.
Er was geen monteur beschikbaar.
We moesten afwassen in een pan.
De ramen waren heel vies.
Heg in midden van de tuin.
Slechts 7 van de benodigde 14 tuinstoelen.
Infrarood deed het niet goed.
Rommelig servies. En niet schoon.

Lage toll

Haus in nicht ganz gutem Zustand.
Wir waren etwas zu früh, hab in Haus 211 3 Mützen und ein Buch liegen lassen, wollten den Wagen holen. Es war etwa 14.30 uhr. Als wir mit dem Wagen kamen, stand die Putzfrau da. Wir wollten nicht stören, als wir zurück kamen waren die Mützen und das Buch weg. Als ich die Putzfrau dran angesprochen habe, lügte die mir ins Gesicht sie hätte ncichts vorgefunden. Wie geht das. Alles lag in der Küche auf dem Tisch, als wir zurück kamen, war nichts mehr da????? Finde ich eine Sauerei

Ruhige Lage, …. Schöne Lage, das Haus war nicht so so toll

Küche war in keinem sehr guten Zustand: Kühlschrank.
Oben in einem Zimmer war das Holz durch Feuchtigkeit aufgequollen
Lampen waren nicht hell genug
Radio sollte vorhanden sein, haben aber keins gefunden.
Um nass zu putzen war kein Lappen da.
Die Besen???? Das waren keine Besen.
