Review of "Roompot Ferienresort Cochem" 6.0
De locatie en omgeving is zeker een pluspunt. Ruim opgezet park, oogt netjes. Huisje was 14 persoons, goed voor grote groep, veel doucheruimte is ook erg fijn en aan bosrand vonden we erg fijn.
Personeel is niet heel spraakzaam/behulpzaam bij vragen. Kinderactiviteit wordt slecht begeleid (laserschieten). zwembad had wel iets leuker mogen zijn en langer open. Receptie is na 17.00 niet meer bereikbaar ook horeca kan dan niet meer helpen? Bank in huisje was erg vies, vlekken erop en heel muf van geur. Badkamer beneden stonk heel erg, andere badkamers worden bij douche snel vochtig en worden niet snel droog. Hoge douchebak maakt dat iemand die wat slechter te geen is niet kan douche. We wilden er het weekend aan vastplakken dus wilde we gaan informeren bij de receptie maar die was niet meer bereikbaar en roompot nr zelf konden alleen een huisje regelen voor de volle prijs, jammer andere parken kunnen het wel.

De vele slaapkamers en badkamers. En dat er een sauna aanwezig was. mochten 2 auto s bij het huisje.
De verouderde staat van de keuken, geen oven, te kleine koelkast/vriesvak voor 14 personen, bankstel was echt vies, badkamer beneden stond de hele week. Losse bedden ( in elk geval 2 tweepersoonsbedden vindt ik persoonlijk fijner)

Zu wenige Spielplätze der am Eingang ist toll der zweite bei der Unterkunft sehr dürftig, Schwimmbad dient lediglich zur Abkühlung und das Wasser ist ziemlich schmutzig

De hele inrichting van de accommodatie is sleets. Schoonmaak niet optimaal. Slechte WIFI-verbinding. Slecht telefoonbereik. Lakenpakketten met slopen en hoezen met gaten. Kapotte lampen. Filter van de vaatwasser verstopt; zelf moeten schoonmaken en ontvetten. Geen enkele privacy op het terras van de huisjes; je zit meteen naast de bewoners van het naastgelegen huis. Afzuiging van de wasdroger schiet te kort: Wasruimte komt vol stoom te staan.
