Ligging/locatie, gebruik maken van thermaal bad, activiteitenprogramma
Keycards (sleutels van de huisjes), communicatie onderling receptie - technische dienst. Schoonmaak openbare wc's.

Dat we buiten konden zitten en er voldoende stoelen waren en de keuken was erg netjes.
Matrassen waren te zacht hebben vreselijk geslapen, de inrichting is oud en muffig. Televisiezenders stoorden, en de tv was erg oud. De voordeur kon met keycard niet extra op slot worden gedaan van de binnenkant, keycards werkten niet. Bovendien werd de bungalow niet mega schoon aangeboden. Geen afzuiging in de douche.

Voor ieder wat wils.je kunt op het park blijven maar ook hele mooie dagtochten maken.
Het animatieteam was erg saai. Er zat totaL geen enthousiasme in. Dit zijn wij wel anders gewend. Dit team zou eens moetsn gaan kijken in Mierlo, het team daar moet met oud materiaal en tussen de tafels van het restaurant de kinderen vermaken. Dit doen zij daar geweldig.
Onze meiden (5 en 7 jaar) hebben hier niet echt genoten van het geen werd aangeboden door dit team.

Goede indeling en efficiënt omgaan met de ruimte.
Hang en sluitwerk had wat achterstallig onderhoud, hierdoor veel lawaai bij het open en dicht doen van de deuren. Dit is niet zo gewenst als er kinderen liggen te slapen.

Het huisje is gedateerd,internet matig/slecht,netheid /hygiëne ook matig/slecht,heb zelf flink moeten soppen en ze zijn nog schoon wezen maken op ons verzoek,bank is van stof,leer lijkt me hygiënischer,weinig stopcontacten ,badkamer is slecht te ventileren,moesten met deur open douchen!! Alles was elke keer nat.

Het park is mooi onderhouden en het personeel is vriendelijk.
Wij hadden huisnr. 157 de schoonmaak had beter gekund en in de douche was de slang lek, ik moest de slang vasthouden om water uit de douchekop te krijgen en heel veel kalk op de kraan van de douche. Het douchegordijn is ook wel aan vervanging toe.

De huiskamer was netjes en de ligging van het park
De schoonmaak kan wel beter en wat ik al eerder genoemd heb de douche was gewoon slecht. Zie klachtenformulier. Een broodrooster zou ook wel passen in de inrichting van de keuken.

Veel mogelijkheden op het park en de omgeving.
Zwembad heeft geen kinderbadje. Minimale waterhoogte is 50 cm en dat is te hoog voor jonge kinderen.

Mooi opgezet park met veel verschillende speeltuinen voor kinderen, georganiseerde activiteiten en rust.
Sommige huisjes (waaronder die van ons) liggen helemaal achter op het park. Dat maakt het wel ver wandelen.
Verder de vriendelijkheid van het personeel kan wat beter. Bestellingen zijn traag of worden maar beperkt opgehaald. Door vriendelijker en actiever te zijn kunnen ze mogelijk meer geld ophalen.
Verder is de friettent, in verhouding tot "normale" friettenten erg duur.
