De sfeer verlichting is niet goed in de woning. De TV/beeldscherm voldoet niet meer aan de deze tijd. Er zijn te weinig stopcontacten om de Tablets, GSM en fietsaccu's op te laden

De huisjes zijn erg verouderd .
Zijn aan een renovatie toe.
De bedden voel je de veren.
En de banken zijn ook niet echt comfortabel.

De locatie
Het onderhoud aan alles, het voelde een beetje als vergane glorie. Voor de aanbieding was het redelijk, maar als we het volle bedrag hadden moeten betalen, zouden we teleurgesteld zijn geweest.

Goede bereikbaarheid. Prima uitvalsbasis naar de omgeving
De SVK bungalows zijn wat gedateerd.

De vloerbedekking (marmoleum?) is versleten en met gaten in het keukengedeelte. De boxspring bedden hadden verschillende matrassen.

Het interieur is sober en kan wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken zoalswar frisse kleuren, was hier 35 jaar geleden met mijn ouders en het ziet er nog het zelfde uit.

Huisje kon wel een opknap beurtje gebruiken.

Huisje was schoon en wat je nodig had was aanwezig,en de ligging was gunstig.
Met name de meubels en de gordijnen waren wel toe aan vervanging.en dan een verfje zou het weer een fris geheel worden.

Leuk animatie team! Met slecht en goed weer van alles te doen worden ook alternatieven gezocht voor buitenactiviteiten, voor alle leeftijden genoeg te doen. Snelle service toen onze vaatwasser en koelkast stuk bleken te zijn, werd de dag erna meteen een nieuwe ingezet en hoefde niet te verhuizen naar een andere
De bungalows zijn wat verouderd en je kunt de gebruikssporen goed zien qua muren en plafonds, maar verder is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt! Bedden zijn ook prima in orde!
