- When you would like to stay at the holiday park with a group, it is necessary to let the park know beforehand. The holiday park can either decline the booking or charge a higher deposit.
- Pets
- Pets are allowed in most of the accommodations. When you want to bring a pet with you, a surcharge per pet, per night will be applied and the final cleaning will be obligatory. If you cannot add a pet to your booking, then all accommodations of this type allowing pets are unfortunately fully booked.

De ligging is centraal op Texel en we hadden een ruim huis met grote omheinde tuin dus erg fijn voor onze hond
De schoonmaak was erg slecht en het onderhoud van het huisje zou ook wat beter mogen .

Der Fön war leider nicht nutzbar (Kabelschlauch fällt ab) und der Kühlschrank ging leider aus, sodass wir den Inhalt leider wegschmeißen mussten.

Slecht zicht op kruisingen heggen te hoog.Zelfs gevaarlijk.

Erg leuk huisje, mooi ruim opgezet park. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Hele vriendelijke werknemers. Heerlijk eilandgevoel ondanks dat je op een park zit.
De faciliteiten zoals het restaurant en zwembad zijn wat verouderd. Kunnen wel een upgrade gebruiken.

Alles is aanwezig en voldoende ruimte. Ook de wasmachine is een fijne bijkomstigheid.
De ruiten van de houtkachel waren zwart geblakerd. Dat was het enige wat ik jammer vond.

Review of "Roompot Kustpark Texel" 9.0
In de maand november was het heel rustig in het park, door de rustige ligging van ons huisje kwamen we zelden iemand tegen. Voor het restaurant, waar je heerlijk kunt eten, hoefde je niet te reserveren. Genoeg wandelplezier op en om het park. Het huisje met rondom tuin was goed omheind voor de hond. De oudere woning was ge-upgraded, en zag er modern en gezellig uit. Er was voldoende serviesgoed, een kast met boeken en spelletjes en leuke Texelse afbeeldingen aan de muur. De bedden waren TOP!
Er was een zwembad, mini-golfbaan en verhuur van fietsen. Een klein winkeltje voor je (nood)-boodschappen en elke morgen vers gebakken croissantjes.
De mensen bij de receptie en het restaurant waren erg vriendelijk!
In het huisje zat een open wenteltrap, dat was iets minder handig. voor de hond.
De electrische apparaten (magnetron, koffie-apparaat, stofzuiger) waren verouderd. Dat gold ook voor de toiletten en badkamer.
De centrale afzuiging was in de slaapkamer duidelijk hoorbaar, 1 nacht zelfs met een storend hoog geluid.
Sommige wandelpaadjes waren niet zo goed verlicht.

Review of "Roompot Kustpark Texel" 8.0
Ruim opgezet, niet de huisjes allemaal vlak naast elkaar maar veel eigen ruimte, leuke opzet met de beukhagen en wat al oudere bomen waardoor er een soort dorpsgevoel ontstaat. Wel met allemaal dezelfde huizen maar ala.
De tuin was volledig omheind waardoor onze hond de hele dag lekker los kon lopen en rennen rond het huis. Dat vond hij heerlijk.
Fijn tuinmeubilair met diverse ~(lig)stoelen met kussens!
Het park ligt net iets te ver van het strand om te gaan lopen en dan vooral om even met de hond naar zee te lopen.

Huisje was uitstekend qua ruimte, indeling en aanwezige inventaris, genoeg bekers, glazen, borden zodat je niet steeds hoeft af te wassen
Fijne grote woon/eetkeuken met goede ingerichte keuken. Grote eettafel, lekker om aan te zitten, hoef je niet steeds af te ruimen. Ook lekkere eettafel stoelen.
Tuinmeubilair was ook dik in orde, goede stoelen voor bij de tafel en nog wat andere (lig)stoelen, krukjes en een parasol. En kussens voor in de stoelen!
De matrassen zijn echt aan vervanging toe! De veerkracht is er uit. Minimaal een vertoonde een kuil. Dit komt niet ten goede aan het slaapcomfort en nachtrust. Jammer want het fijne van vakantie is dat je wat langer kan blijven liggen. En een goed bed is een van (mijn) pijlers voor een goede overnachting (naast warme douche en schoon zijn).

HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
Any booking made can be cancelled using a link provided in the confirmation email. If you no longer have the confirmation email, please contact our Service Desk by calling +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m).
