Review of "Roompot Noordzee Residence Cadzand-Bad" 9.0

Het ligt lekker dicht bij de zee. We hadden een 6 p. huisje en bij aankomst bleek dat er ook een wasmachine en droger waren. Dit stond niet vermeld op de site.

We hebben niet gezwommen maar het leek niet erg groot van buiten gezien.

We wilden de e bikes huren en vroegen bij de fietswinkel op het park of we deze bij hun konden boeken, helaas moesten we dit op de site doen. Dit ging helemaal niet goed en na via de chat contact gehad te hebben met het hoofdkantoor werden we naar de service balie verwezen. Daar wilden ze ons eerst niet helpen en na aandringen kwam er iemand anders en toen ging het ineens wel! Misschien een idee om op 1 lijn te zitten.
Het huisje was redelijk schoon maar had voor mij wel gedweild mogen worden, in de keuken plakte het nogal.
En 1 rol wc papier voor 2 wc's was ook nogal karig.

Het huisje was schoon, nette badkamers, complete keukeninventaris. Mooie grote tuin achter het huisje.

De bedden hebben wij als rampzalig hard ervaren. Dat zou opgelost kunnen worden met een topper. De woonkamer is voor een 8 persoons bungalow aan de kleine kant en het meubilair is onder de maat, gewoon tuinmeubilair en een te kleine eettafel voor 8 personen

Het ziet er gezellig uit. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en willen je helpen als het nodig is.

Er zijn op het park weinig speelgelegenheden voor kleine kinderen. Het zwembad vond ik teleurstellend. Het is een erg groot park. Ik denk dat ze daardoor minder zorgvuldigheid kunnen bieden dan iets kleinere parken.

De huisjes zien er over het algemeen mooi uit! De huisjes lijken van buiten op elkaar, dat geeft een gezellige sfeer op het park. De verwarming op de badkamer was heerlijk. Wij zaten in een 3-onder-1 kap, maar hebben de buren niet gehoord.

Er waren wat dingen kapot of ze gingen stroef, zoals het diepvriesvakje ging niet dicht, een tuinstoel was kapot, de achterdeur ging moeilijk open en dicht, het slot van het schuurtje ging moeizaam open en dicht. De badkamer en slaapkamers waren niet echt schoon. Het water in de badkamer liep niet goed weg. De Wi-Fi sterkte was belachelijk slecht, boven in de slaapkamer had je al geen bereik meer. We hadden een huisje met bolderkar, maar de bolderkar was niet aanwezig. Het zou een kindvriendelijke accommodatie zijn, maar geen enkel stopcontact was afgedekt. Wat algemeen gemis: geen blik en handveger, geen aardappelschilmesje, geen toiletpapier, geen servicepakketje met afwasborstel, vuilniszak etc.

Wij hebben het huis als geweldig ervaren, locatie ook! Het personeel van met name security heeft ons enorm bijgestaan met AED, ambulance, brandweer en politie toen er iemand erg ziek werd!
We mochten later uit checken omdat mijn man nog in Knokke in het ziekenhuis lag, dat was fijn!
