- Swimming paradise De Parel
- As a guest of Roompot Residence Wijngaerde, you have free and unlimited entrance to Subtropical Swimming Paradise De Parel. If you show you keycard upon arrival, you can also park here for free.
- Pets are allowed in most of the accommodations. When you want to bring a pet with you, a surcharge of €5 per pet, per night will be applied and the final cleaning will be obligatory. If you cannot add a pet to your booking, then all accommodations of this type allowing pets are unfortunately fully booked.
- For preferences/requests, a surcharge will be applied by the park. You can find these costs on the invoice from the park.
- Accommodation Bordeaux & Medoc Wellness
- There are a few accommodations of the type 6 person Medoc Wellness and the 4 person Bordeaux that have no windows or have windows that cannot be opened.
- When you would like to stay at the holiday park with a group, it is necessary to let the park know beforehand. The holiday park can either decline the booking or charge a higher deposit.
- Business related travelers

Sehr billige Sitzgruppe , defekte Stehleuchte , keine Lampe über dem Esstisch,insgesamt schlechte Beleuchtung .Pro Bett nur 1 Kopfkissen , billige Handtücher. Auf der Dachterrasse kein Sonnenschirm oder Markise , keine Sitzauflagen .

Goed ingericht appartement. Fijn dat er een wasmachine,droger en vaatwasser was. Mooi ruim balkon.
Erg vuil onder bed!!!! Eng warm op de slaapkamers. Geen mogelijkheid om raam open te doen.

HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
