Nähe zum Strand, Nähe zur Stadt, schöne Außenanlagen, netter Supermarkt in der Mitte des Ferienparks, Sauberkeit innen wie außen ist gut
Vorsicht, Abzocker am Werk!! Im Nachgang unterstellt Roompot, dass wir ein Sofa in der Unterkunft beschädigt hätten. Als Beweis werden Fotos zur Verfügung gestellt, die a) von jedem x-beliebigen Sofa sein könnten, und b) über zwei Wochen nach unserer Abreise gemacht wurden. Der Schriftverkehr zu diesem Vorgang umfasst mittlerweile mehrere Mails, von Freundlichkeit keine Spur. Für das Sofa, das wir nie genutzt haben, für dessen Beschädigung kein Nachweis existiert und das insgesamt schon sehr abgewohnt aussah, wünscht Roompot eine Zahlung. EINE ABSOLUTE FRECHHEIT, da soll wohl im Nachgang der verhältnismäßig günstige Aufenthalt schön gerechnet werden. NIE WIEDER ROOMPOT!

Großzügiges Platzangebot, annehmbar sauber
Möbel teilweise sehr abgenutzt. Im Nachgang versucht Roompot, uns ein beschädigtes Sofa in Rechnung zu stellen, das während unseres Aufenthalts weder kaputt war noch genutzt wurde.

Prima huisje voor 4 personen,
Bij aankomst was het huis erg slecht schoongemaakt, droge pasta onder de matrassen, stofnesten onder de bedden, douche gele uitslag, keuken niet erg goed schoon. e.d., we hebben zelf maar even gedaan ( 2 uurtjes werk) en gelukkig eigen schoonmaak middelen meegenomen, we konden wel gaan klagen maar helemaal naar voren lopen en terug was meer tijd geweest.

Een heel mooi en schoon park en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
En de ligging is fantastisch en wij zijn met de hond geweest en die mocht mee in het restaurant en op het strand 1 woord fantastisch.
Die heb ik niet kunnen vinden

Kindvriendelijk, voorzieningen (winkel, restaurant, recreatieve activiteiten), sport mogelijkheden ,fietsverhuur, mini-golf, etc.
2 vakantie bedervende MIN-PUNTEN
1e: bij aankomst geboekte vakantieverblijf heeft niet de zonnige plaats zoals afgesproken. Sterker nog, het is de meest schaduwrijke plaats van de omliggende verblijven. En dit terwijl wij extra hebben betaald. Uit het overleg kwam dat we er maar genoegen mee moesten nemen.
2e: Na twee dagen verblijf kregen we last van mieren. Een terreinmedewerken hiervan in kennis gesteld kunnen we niets aan doen, (beschermd) De overlast werd zo ernstig dat op terras zitten niet mogelijk werd. Via open schuifpui kwamen ze binnen. Buiten het verblijf was het niet prettig vertoeven. Uiteindelijk vroegtijdig huiswaarts gegaan. Geen reactie(s) leidingevende(n) om klachten ter plekke op te lossen.

Zeer goed ingericht en voldoende meubilair ook buiten.
Er was geen magnetron. Ik heb slecht geslapen omdat de mechanische ventilatie te hard stond en vlak naast de slaapkamer muur lag.
