Mooie ruim opgezette woningen met grote tuin. Ligging aan de Maas.

Kinderfaciliteiten, eigenlijk alleen een grote buitenspeeltuin (wel echt heel gaaf aangelegd)

Review of "TopParken Recreatiepark Het Esmeer" 8.0

Großer Pluspunkt war der abgezäunte Spielplatz. Ebenso die gepflegte Ferienanlage.

Ein dicker fetter Minuspunkt über den ständig blockierten Wasch-,und Trocknerprogramm von den Reinigungskräften,teilweise musste ich über zwei Stunden warten.Als ich es an der Rezeption meldete ,fühlte sich keiner angesprochen. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt für uns war der Fluglärm.

Der abgezäunte Spielplatz.

Minuspunkte gehen an das gesamte Inventar, die Pfannen sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden.Tiefe Teller wären wünschenswert. Das Charlet verfügte über ein defekten Wäscheständer, was sehr ärgerlich war.Die Geschirrspülmaschine meldete ständig ein Fehler ,vermutlich lags daran dass vor dem Einzug, diese ohne Klarspüler und Salz befüllt war. Leider waren die Temperaturen im Juli nicht so berauschend, deswegen hätte ich mich über eine funktionierende Heizungsanlage gewünscht, für die kleinen Kids wars nachts zu kalt.

Review of "TopParken Recreatiepark Het Esmeer" 7.0

Der Service ist sehr nett. Der Kinderspielplatz ist groß und hat viele Spielmöglichkeiten. Der restliche Teil am Strand ist ausbaufähiger meines Erachtens. Es ist sehr viel Platz am Strand ein Fußball und Volleyballplatz im Sand

Die Dusche war leider sehr unsauber mit Haaren und Grünbelag an der Duschhalterung. Der Boden war staubig und mit Haaren unterm Bett Spinnenweben und sehr staubig. Die Luftqualität im Bungalow war sehr schlecht trotz aller Fenster und Türen die wir bei Anwesendheit geöffnet hielten. Ich weiß nicht ob es was damit zu tun hat, dass der Bungalow aus Stahl ist. Wir hatten bereits Mängel im Bungalow festgestellt, die wir dokumentierten und zeitnah am gleichen Tag per Mail mitteilten, so das keine Schadensersatzansprüche gegen uns gestellt werden kann. Im Doppelbett könnte man kaum schlafen da die Matratzen jedes Mal sich verschoben. Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns mehr erwartet. Leider direkt am Industriehafen, ist nicht sehr ansehnlich.

Das es für Kinder viele Spielmöglichkeiten gab und das es sehr ruhig war und einen Strand gab.

Bungalow war unsauber und hatte schon Mängel. Ein Benutzer Grill mit Pfand und Müll befand sich hinter dem Bungalow. Die Luft war sehr sehr schlecht auch wenn man alle Fenster und Türen auf hatte. Der Preis für die Nutzung einer Waschmaschine für einen Waschlauf ist grenzwertig. Der Platz des Parkes ist ungünstig gelegen an einem Industriehafen oder Schrottplatz wie es aussah. Ich finde es Schade das man kein Ticket für die nahegelegende Phäre bekam oder wenigstens Vergünstigungen dich den Park als Gast. Das Restaurant ist viel zu teuer. Nun ja mag jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Keine Aufsichtspersonen am Strand für Badegäste. Das ist ein wichtiger Aspekt für die Sicherheit seiner Gäste.
