Wij waren zo tevreden vorig jaar en nu zo een neergeslagenheid op de laatste ogenblik echt heel jammer dit jaar die service

Dat ze op laatste ogenblik onze boeking hebben geannuleerd en een voucher gestuurd op bij hen op te gebruiken wij hadden geboekt 4juni na eerste lockdown 2personen met 2 honden wat kan het probleem zijn in onze bubbel !Had nog iemand aangeraden om een bungalow te boeken Nooit meer

Ruim park met veel chalets en bungalows, maar toch voldoende ver uit elkaar om een rustig gevoel te hebben.

Geen drankgelegenheid (café met terras) in het park zelf.

Voldoende comfort, mooie indeling, leuk terras

Geen airco, met deze hittegolf was het er veel te warm.
Parkeerplaatsen zouden moeten voorbehouden blijven: 1 per huis. Nu moesten we soms ver van de accommodatie staan met de wagen.

Lekker afgelegen en geen last van buren die hutje op mutje liggen

Het poetsen kan beter.
Heb zelf bij aankomst het huisje gepoets.
De vorige huurder had zijn afval gewoon laten staan.
Stoelen etc worden niet afgeveegt.
Dit kan en moet absoluut beter zeker met covid!

Bij aankomst het huisje niet gepoets de combi werkte niet en dik een hele dag moeten wachten op vervanging.
Bij aankomst maar 3 stoelen voor buiten dit werd wel gelijk opgelost.
Ik hou er van dat alles gewoon klaar is en ik niet achter de feiten moet aanlopen

Review of "Vallée Les Etoiles" 9.0

Prachtig gelegen. Rustige mooie omgeving. Huisje bood voldoende privacy en was netjes. Goed restaurant met mooi panorama terras. Altijd voldoende parkeerplek en tafel beschikbaar. Ideaal was het terras met daarbij een springkussen en indoorspeelhal voor de kids. Hier hebben we vaak in de namiddag rustig drankje gedaan terwijl ons kind met andere kinderen aan het spelen was.

Moeilijk minpunten te bedenken. Wellicht dat het ontbijt iets eerder bij de huisjes gebracht kan worden.

Voor 2 volwassenen en een kind was ons verblijf qua grote prima. Goed onderhouden en schoon. De warmte overdag kon eenvoudig in de avond uit het huisje worden gehaald.

Prachtige ligging, huisjes liggen mooi vrij van elkaar zodat je een mooi uitzicht hebt. Huisje was schoon en alles was aanwezig

Receptie ligt wel een stukje van het park zelf en je moet dan ook nog een stuk klimmen, het zou misschien handiger zijn als dit op het park zelf was. Ook een supermarktje op het park was wel handig geweest

De locatie en ligging van de huisjes geven veel privacy. Het restaurant is uitstekend en de broodjesservice is super! Al het personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De huisjes zijn schoon en goed uitgerust. De omgeving is top als je van hiken houdt.

Er kwam een poeplucht onder het terras vandaan. Wij konden de herkomst niet traceren. Op vertrekdag kwam er geen warm water meer uit de boiler.

Mooi aangelegd park, met mooie en schone huisjes. Personeel is super vriendelijk. Voldoende faciliteiten. Prachtige locatie voor wandelingen in de omgeving of als uitvalsbasis om de ardennen te verkennen. Kinderen hebben er genoeg te doen, door de aanwezigheid van zwembad, sportvelden en speeltuin. WiFi is ruk, maar daar klaag ik dan weer niet over :-). Meer tijd voor andere dingen
