Het is een verzorgd park en personeel is zeer vriendelijk.
Het huisje was ook netjes en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.
Er is geen winkeltje aanwezig, dus als je iets nodig hebt ben je verplicht het in de omgeving te zoeken.
Het zou interessanter zijn als er toch iets op het domein te vinden zou zijn.

Review of "Vallée Les Etoiles" 8.0
Heerlijk genoten van de rust in de natuur en uitzicht vanuit ons huisje en veranda.
Vriendelijk personeel.
We gaven aan op de eerste dag aan dat we doorgezakte banken met gaten hadden.
Buiten de veranda losse vlonder delen waren met schroeven die uitstaken.....
Werd verteld dat ze het niet meteen konden vervangen.....helaas niks mee gedaan.
Elke ochtend vertrokken mensen vanuit (buitenlandse werknemers )4 huisjes voor ons naar hun werk met veel lawaai om 7 uur s ochtends( elke dag wakker door hun kabaal bussen en loei harde stemmen.) Zet dan de bus ergens anders en hou je mond bij vertrek.ook s'nachts flinke schreeuw vanuit daar op vrijdagnacht
Brand geweest in hun supermarkt en eet gelegenheid.....erg genoeg. Maar geef dat aan dan weten mensen waar ze aan toe zijn!!!!

Mooi park ruim opgezet en fijn dat honden mee mogen.
Sleutel was er niet bij aankomst maar was wel snel opgelost.

Heel mooi huisje met alles erop en eraan!
Uitstekende wifi ( helaas tijdens ons verblijf is het receptiegebouw afgebrand en hebben we even zonder tv en wifi gezeten...dit werd binnen 2 dagen opgelost terwijl de schade echt gigantisch was) alles voor de gast!
Er is 1 cafetaria en daar moet je wel wat geduld hebben.....

Slecht schoongemaakt.
Boven de kasten, bovenrandjes, deuren en kozijnen, onder de bedden erg stoffig allemaal. Spiegel in de douche niet gereinigd.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Schone huisjes en zeer schoon park. Animatie voor de kids was ook echt super.
Wij lagen helemaal onderaan het park. Met twee kleine kinderen is het een enorme klim naar boven.

Het huisje was erg schoon en knus ingericht
Sommige dingen zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Bedden waren niet bepaald comfortabel. Maar gevraagd om extra kussen waar ze totaal niet moeilijk om deden en ons kwamen brengen aan het huisje.

To change a booking (e.g. to another date), please contact our Service Desk on +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m). Changes are always made upon request and at the discretion of the holiday park. HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
