Ligging in de Belgische ardennen op de grens van de Franse ardennen.
Waardeloze openingstijden van de receptie. geen goede informatie over omgeving en to do en restaurants. geen bar of restaurant op het park.
bedden zeer slecht. elke nacht met pijn paar uur geslapen. vieze schimmel douche/badkamer. huisje was koud en tochtigheid en bijna niet warm te krijgen of extra veel stroomkosten achteraf. bank was ook slechte kwaliteit. de vooraf aangegeven wifi die aanwezig zou zijn (de reden om dit park te kiezen ) bleek niet aanwezig te zijn alleen binnen 3 meter van de receptie.

De ligging.
Voor kinderen leuk speel terrein.
Rustig
Schimmel in de badkamer.
Niet geisoleerde bugalow enkel met elektrische verwarmingen. (Niet ecologisch, maar vooral Niet nuttig owv de ventileergaten in de ruimtes.
Afzuiging voor het koken niet voldoende. Bij elke kookervaring zit heel de bungalow vol damp.
Het was een vochtig en koud verblijf.

Bij goed weer een bbq.
Bungalow voor 2 ruim maar is eigenlijk een 6persoons.
Onder slaapbank dode vliegen.
schimmel in de badkamer.
Open ventilatie gaten. Niet geissoleerd. Enkel elektrische verwarming (niet ecologisch)
Microgolfoven niet in goede staat.
Afzuiging van dampkap is niet voldoende.
Afwateringsputje van wasbak in de keuken zat nog vol etensresten van de vorige bezoekers !!!! Niet hygienisch!!
We hebben het huisje netter achter gelaten dan dat we het aantroffen.

Rustige ligging in een zeer mooie omgeving. Ook het personeel was niets dan vriendelijk.
Het was mooi geweest als we fietsen hadden kunnen huren

Ons huisje was zeer vochtig, daardoor hoge stookkosten!

Within half an hour of booking your accommodation (both over the phone and online) you will receive a conffirmation email, which is where you can also find your booking number.

In order for us to help you as quickly as possible, please have the following information to hand:
• The name in which the booking was made
• The name of the holiday park
• The arrival date
• The booking number (if known)
To change a booking (e.g. to another date), please contact our Service Desk on +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m). Changes are always made upon request and at the discretion of the holiday park. HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
Any booking made can be cancelled using a link provided in the confirmation email. If you no longer have the confirmation email, please contact our Service Desk by calling +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m).
Please note: in most cases, the holiday park will charge a cancellation fee, and the amount of this fee will depend on how late you cancel the booking. For this reason, we always recommend cancellation insurance. We also advise you to contact our Service Desk over the phone to discuss whether the booking can be moved to a different date.
Each holiday park has its own cancellation conditions. In these conditions, it will be stated whether the holiday park will charge a cancellation fee. Cancellation insurance is insurance against financial loss resulting from the cancellation of a booking.
