At HolidayParkSpecials.co.uk, we value your opinion. Comments to improve our customer service and/or website are therefore more than welcome. Need to contact us because you are unhappy about your booking and/or our services? Please fill in the form below within 2 weeks of your stay. We strive to address your complaint within 2 working days, and to respond within 14 working days. A confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt. You can also submit your complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution committee.
