Résidence L'Oustal des Mers is a Mediterranean-style apartment complex just 200 metres from Ayguades beach. The holiday residence is located in Gruissan, a seaside resort in the Cathar region that has... retained its typical and colourful Mediterranean appearance. The old fishing village dates from the Roman period and is built in a circle around an old medieval castle. Modern Gruissan has a beautiful marina, white sandy beaches and a host of cultural and sporting activities.

Each air-conditioned flat is built in the shape of a bastide. All flats open onto a footpath amid lush vegetation. Each flat has a separate and overgrown terrace. In the middle of the complex you will find a beautiful swimming pool for many hours of water fun (open from 1 April to 31 October). You will find a bicycle rental shop within walking distance of the complex.

The residence has a bar, coffee bar with delicious coffee and a snack bar. A breakfast buffet is also available. Within walking distance (about 100 m) of the complex you will find several restaurants, a bar, pizzeria and a small supermarket. Three times a week there is a market in the village. You can also prepare your favourite dishes all by yourself in your accommodation's fully equipped kitchen.

There is a lively market in the village on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings. In the surrounding forests and nature reserves you can enjoy hiking and cycling along the marked paths. Nearby, you will find vast forests with fragrant pine trees and rich flora and fauna. The long sandy beaches are covered with soft, white sand for hours of pleasant sunbathing, building sandcastles and swimming in the sea. The vineyards of the wines of the Massif de la Clape are also well worth a visit. Many different wines are produced, which you can taste in one of the many wine cellars. In the area, you can choose one of the many activities such as: horse riding, windsurfing, sailing or fishing. For nightlife, you can go to one of the discotheques or cinemas.
