The EuroParcs Molengroet holiday village is located in the heart of North Holland, in the middle of a beautiful recreational area. This well-kept park has spacious chalets on large plots. EuroParcs Molengroet borders on the Geestmerambacht recreation area with a 90-hectare recreational lake. There you can surf, swim, hike and sunbathe on the sandy beaches. EuroParcs Molengroet is located in Noord-Scharwoude, north of Alkmaar. The historic town of Alkmaar is a lovely shopping town and is famous for its traditional cheese market. Enjoy trips to the West Frisian market in Schagen and the Broekerveiling museum in Broek op Langedijk. EuroParcs Molengroet is located in the centre of North Holland, close to the North Sea beach and the coast of the IJsselmeer. On the North Sea beach, in the dunes and forests you will find places such as Schoorl, Bergen and Egmond. The coast of the IJsselmeer offers characteristic villages such as Hoorn, Enkhuizen and Medemblik. The Swaan playground is right next to the park, which is even more fun to mention.

VAT increases 2026
Are you booking a stay in 2026? Currently, there is a 9% VAT rate on rentals, but the Dutch government is considering an increase to 21%. This would mean that the total price of your stay would increase by around 11%. Should this change go ahead, EuroParcs will be obliged to charge the new VAT and you will receive an adjusted invoice from the park.
