Review of "Novasol Ferienpark Travemünde Strand - Priwall" 9.0
Die direkte Strandnähe war schön und der Ferienpark in der Herbstsaison sehr Ruhig. Nachts hat man trotzdem noch leise das Dröhnen der großen Fähren wahrnehmen können.
Die kurze Entfernung zum EDEKA ist sehr praktisch. Die Kinder haben auch genug zum Spielen gehabt, im Sommer sicherlich überlaufener aber dann auch mit mehr Spaß draußen.
Der Service der Reinigungskräfte lässt zu wünschen übrig. Scheinbar stimmen die Arbeitsbedingungen hier nicht!
Wir hatten einen stinkenden Bungalow, aufgrund dreckigem Abfluss in der offenen Küchenzeile. Nach den ersten beiden Tagen war der grobe Gestank, durch uns, ausgelüftet aber bis zum Ende der Reise dennoch wahrnehmbar.
Mehrmalige „Beschwerden“ haben seitens der Reinigungskräfte nur ein „Angucken“ ermöglicht. bei Abreise war im System eine Reinigung der Dusche hinterlegt - direkt gelogen!! Die haben gar nichts gemacht.

Alles drin was man braucht.
.. das hatte ich oben schon geschrieben zum Parkaufenthalt. (stinkender Abfluss)
Die Waschmaschine steht sehr ungünstig und wegen dem Abflussgeruch haben wir sie lieber nicht benutzt. Das Geschirr in der Hütte könnte mal getauscht werden, es sieht stark benutzt aus.

To change a booking (e.g. to another date), please contact our Service Desk on +31 23-3024901 (10 cents p/m). Changes are always made upon request and at the discretion of the holiday park. HolidayParkSpecials charges no fees, however, it may be that the park charges an additional fee (depending on the type of change). If the park does charge change fees, the costs will always be discussed with you.
