Positive experience:
The resort is beautifully located on the outskirts of Eguisheim, so you can easily reach the town centre on foot. It is very attractively designed with the centrally located covered pool and the colourful little houses.

Points for improvement:
I would have liked a slightly larger playground for the children, but there was a nice playground very close by. The bathrooms in our flat were very small. The fridge hummed very loudly at night. The sofa beds in the living room were quite dirty as was the carpet on the stairs.

Positive experience:
good parking garage.
the price was lower than the price of bungalowspecials also the tourist tax.

Points of improvement:
from outside it is a nice picture, inside it is not clean.
noisy carts from the facilities department, noisy flats.
very hot inside while it was less than 20 degrees outside, it took a long time to get cold water.
waste separation in the app is unclear, 2 bins on a sled that does not function and therefore not visible.
service of the receptionist is insufficient, does not wish a good stay or does not ask if it was to your liking and does not wish a good trip back when booking out.
