Positive experience:
The building itself definitely has potential. It is also a nice location.

Areas of improvement:
The woman at the reception spoke only French and only very limited English. The whole building is in need of refurbishment. When we arrived at our room it was not very clean, it did smell so much of chlorine that we had to open the window. Not exactly a pleasant arrival.
