Les Cerisiers" Natural Camping Area is a campsite located in Maclas / Véranne in the department of the Loire and at the crossroads of the departments of Ardèche, Haute Loire, Drôme, Isère, and Rhône, 50km south of Lyon and 50km north of Valence in the heart of the Rhône-Alpes region.
Situated on the edge of the Pilat forest and within the Pilat regional nature park, the site is crossed by the picturesque GR 65 hiking trail, with many other hiking routes in the surrounding areas. You can also swim in the river five minutes away.
There is no shortage of food during your stay, as fruit, vegetables and apple juice are sold on site. Many other locally grown products are easy to find in the area, including the regional wines of Saint-Joseph, Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie.
