Bungalowpark Vallée de Rabais

the walking route from the car park to the house is dangerous, broken stairs with slippery steps that are in shards with pieces of metal pin sticking out, the cottage was very dirty, only swept so it looked like, thick cobwebs and dust on edges and riggels, TV did not work reception not reachable (they say they do) Saturday and Sunday no reception present, no restaurant or shop anywhere in the park, very dirty park with litter and broken glass everywhere, dirty brown extractor grills with indefinable pieces on them, broken wicker chairs that were crooked, dirty toilet with lots of wear and blue stains on the seat, very thin mattresses (like you see in prison)
no explanation anywhere on how everything works. my is quite bad legged and I had looked on the site about accessibility of the cottage, it said from the car park a short walk and stairs or entrance to the cottages,' the entrance was a steep slippery slope and the stairs so to smithereens.
you will never see me there again!

The park is outdated, which is not evident from the website. Activities are listed that are not there at all. The cottage we had was old. The coffee table was almost falling apart from misery. The TV did not work. Although the very friendly and helpful reception staff did their best to fix it. We had already sent an email with our complaints to ardennes online. They tried to help. We have asked for a discount on the rental price, this we have yet to see. For now, I would no longer list this park on Bungalowspecials unless it also mentions that it is outdated and the activities are not there.

How the cottage looked was just a ruin.
It was supposed to be a 6 person cottage with bath, but was for 4 people and 1 could sleep on sofa.
There was a very small shower and no bath.
There was mould on the under sheet, duvet cover had another stain.
The neighbours were directly attached to your cottage.
There was still all stuff from previous tenants and was not clean.

There were no activities bad roads the house was dirty.
