The campsite AU PIGEONNIER is located in Château-d'Oleron in Charente-Maritime, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, in a region that offers you an almost infinite variety of landscapes. It is located 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the lake, 3 km from the forest. For your aquatic leisure activities, you will benefit from an open-air swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool and a heated swimming pool.

As for sports, the campsite offers windsurfing. It also offers various activities on site: basketball, volleyball, archery, ping-pong and mountain biking. In July and August, there will be entertainment, dance evenings, shows and activities for your children.

We stayed at this wonderful campsite for 14 nights in August. It was very easy to find and well sign posted. We were welcomed by Cristelle and presented with an English guide to the local area. Great little campsite.
Toilets and showers are always clean and we never had to queue for the facilities.
Pitches are of a great size with some shade offered by trees.
Baguettes and croissants from onsite are well priced and of good quality.
Swimming pool is spotless.
All staff are friendly and courteous....

The site is has spacious plots. The whole site is well maintained with clean shower/toilet block. We found the staff to be friendly, welcoming and most helpful. The site is located within walking distance of the town centre and a supermarket is nearby. We will definitely return in the future.
