Welcome to the Hippodrome campsite in Sablé-Sur-Sarthe.
Come and discover our heritage, our towns of character and our local produce!
Enjoy the pleasures of fishing and walking, cycling and horse-riding. Try your hand at a range of nature-sports activities (canoeing, kayaking, sailing), take advantage of our self-service playgrounds (pétanque, tennis, table tennis, badminton) or simply relax by the pool.
Bordered by the River Sarthe, our campsite is a haven of greenery, ideal for relaxation and well-being. The peace and privacy of the pitches, all bordered by hornbeam hedges, attracts campers from France and abroad every year, as well as a wealth of biodiversity. You'll be able to spot many small birds in this rural atmosphere.
At the campsite reception, you'll find a small grocery shop where you can buy souvenirs or order local produce to enjoy during your stay. In the adjacent TV room, you can play board games, or read a book from our participatory library.
Laundry facilities are available, as are self-service barbecues and Wi-Fi throughout the campsite. Pets are allowed on the campsite premises if kept on a lead, but are not allowed inside the accommodation or toilets.
