SECURITY DEPOSIT
For accommodation rentals, a security deposit is required by credit card imprint, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
Total amount of the security deposit: €400 (four hundred euros)
Breakdown: €200 (two hundred euros) for the accommodation
200 (two hundred euros) for cleaning costs.
Terms of payment: The security deposit must be paid exclusively by credit card at the latest on the day the keys are handed over. No other method of payment will be accepted for this transaction.
Return of the credit card imprint: The credit card imprint is automatically removed within 48 hours of the holidaymaker's departure inventory of fixtures being carried out by the campsite team.
Possible deductions: Deductions for accommodation and/or cleaning may be applied if necessary. It is essential to follow the cleaning instructions (see instructions in the welcome booklet) to avoid any deductions from the security deposit. In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, even for a single oversight, the campsite reserves the right to deduct the full amount of the cleaning deposit, i.e. 200€.

In the event of bathing in a swimming costume that does not comply with this list, the campsite staff reserves the right to ask those concerned to leave the pools immediately.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
For accommodation rentals, a security deposit is required by credit card imprint, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
Total amount of the security deposit: €400 (four hundred euros)
Breakdown: €200 (two hundred euros) for the accommodation
200 (two hundred euros) for cleaning costs.
Terms of payment: The security deposit must be paid exclusively by credit card at the latest on the day the keys are handed over. No other method of payment will be accepted for this transaction.
Return of the credit card imprint: The credit card imprint is automatically removed within 48 hours of the holidaymaker's departure inventory of fixtures being carried out by the campsite team.
Possible deductions: Deductions for accommodation and/or cleaning may be applied if necessary. It is essential to follow the cleaning instructions (see instructions in the welcome booklet) to avoid any deductions from the security deposit. In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, even for a single oversight, the campsite reserves the right to deduct the full amount of the cleaning deposit, i.e. 200€.

The Etoile de Mer campsite, located in the heart of the Hérault between Béziers and Cap d'Agde, 300 metres from the beach, welcomes you to an exceptional setting. This pedestrianised establishment will offer you the peace and quiet you've been dreaming of and the privilege of spending a family holiday. An outdoor swimming pool and waterslides are available throughout your stay.
To enhance your leisure time, you'll find a wide range of facilities on site, including children's play areas, table tennis, basketball hoops and a petanque pitch. In July and August, there are family evenings and a children's club offering fun and recreational activities for youngsters.
In terms of services, everything is in place to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There's a bar, a restaurant and a takeaway food and pizza service.

Important information
Conditions of access to the aquatic area: for reasons of hygiene and safety, boardshorts, Bermuda shorts, swimming trunks, burkinis or any other long garments are not permitted. Men, children and babies must wear swimming trunks and women must wear a one-piece or two-piece swimming costume, bikini or trikini. Anyone not wearing swimming attire that complies with these rules will not be allowed access to our aquatic area.

Take advantage of the heated pool area to cool off and relax in a heavenly setting. With family or friends, it's the ideal place to sunbathe surrounded by palm trees and take the plunge! Try our many massage jets to relax, our 3 slide tracks linked to the large pool for fun, or the paddling pool with its water games that will delight your children. The aquatic area is open from 10am to 7pm every day from 17 April 2026 to 28 June 2026 and from 31 August 2026 to 13 September 2026 from 10am to 8pm every day from 29 June 2026 to 30 August 2026 The slides are open every day from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2.30pm until the aquatic area closes. Other important information: - Wristbands compulsory. - Please follow the safety instructions posted near the pools. - Swimming nappies must be worn by all children under 3 in the pool area. Only boxer shorts, swimming briefs, bikinis and 1-piece swimming costumes are permitted in the pools.
