You’ll enjoy the aquatic area, which comprises a heated indoor swimming pool, an outdoor lagoon and a fun-filled paddling pool for children. The indoor swimming pool is open throughout the campsite’s opening period. The outdoor area is open in July and August. For safety reasons and to ensure everyone’s peace and quiet in the aquatic area, you must wear clean swimwear reserved exclusively for swimming. For reasons of hygiene and/or safety, the following are prohibited: - any everyday cotton underwear - board shorts - thong swimwear - topless swimming - loose-fitting clothing, swimwear and headwear, including those made of Lycra - neoprene clothing such as shorty wetsuits or full-body wetsuits PLEASE NOTE: Due to a technical issue at Le Chêne Gris campsite, the indoor pool will remain closed until 10 July 2026 inclusive. All other pools in the water park remain open during their usual opening hours.

Peace and quiet is great for relaxing, but there aren’t enough activities for the children. If possible, please add some more play areas – for example, a space for the children to play football. As for the kitchen, please add some more saucepans if possible.

There were few, if any, interesting activities.
We looked for the kids’ club, but it seemed to be closed during our stay.
However, the children did enjoy the play area.
As for the pitch, our mobile home had shifted (the ground was very dry with cracks in the soil that only got bigger). The day after we arrived, we ran out of gas – why wasn’t this anticipated?
We understand that it’s necessary to clean the swimming pool if the water quality isn’t up to standard, but it shouldn’t take two days.
Furthermore, why was it necessary to cut off the water supply to the whole campsite – including the mobile homes – and significantly reduce the water pressure in the communal toilet blocks, just to fill this swimming pool?
We also find that there aren’t enough parasols, especially when they’re taken even though there’s no one sitting under them.
The rule regarding swimming shorts is unclear: at the bar, they’re marked as prohibited, yet they’re allowed inside the pool area.
There are lots of leaks in the communal toilet blocks; some showers are freezing cold and others scalding hot, and adjusting the controls makes no difference. The service doors aren’t locked, and the baby bath controls don’t work. It would also be good to add a squeegee for the floor.
On the other hand, the bathrooms are rather well designed: showers for children and parents in the same cubicle, a children’s washbasin (it would be better if it worked), a baby bath, a large washbasin area plus a shower in some cubicles, and a built-in bin in the cubicle.
On the last day, we had no hot water in the bathroom but there was some in the kitchen (the boiler wouldn’t start when we turned on the tap in the bathroom), and there was no water pressure even though the swimming pool was full.
There were no signs showing the swimming pool opening times – we couldn’t find them – and we couldn’t find the closing times for the gate and the barriers either.
There were a lot of things missing inside (no dustpan, some spoons were missing, no tin opener) and the welcome pack was also missing, if there is one.
They should also provide more food on arrival and departure days (Saturday, Sunday) – supplies run out quickly.
The campsite’s location itself is quite good; it’s lovely to be in the forest on hot days. When it’s working, the swimming pool is well designed (perhaps the access without steps could be better signposted).
All in all, we still had a good stay, thanks also to the attractions near the campsite (Parrot World, Sea Life and the Disney Village).
