What do I do if I arrive late, outside reception opening hours? Call the campsite directly as soon as possible. The deposit must be paid by telephone before reception closes.
Important reminders :
- When you make your booking before your stay, you must provide the surnames, first names and dates of birth of all the participants in your stay, as well as an email address and a mobile phone number. The exchange voucher must indicate the number of participants expected, which in turn must be within the capacity of the accommodation (including babies and children). No changes may be made to the number or identity of participants between the information on the booking exchange voucher and the people arriving at the campsite reception on the day of arrival. If this is not the case, the campsite may refuse you access without any possible compensation. It is strictly forbidden to set up a tent on the chalet pitch, either for the people initially booked or to accommodate any additional people. Minors not accompanied by their parents will not be accepted.
