Ideally located only 800m from the sea, at the foot of the Pyrenees mountains, this campsite welcomes you in a relaxing setting. You will benefit from its beautiful aquatic area with slides, jacuzzi, river against the current, paddling pool with water games, as well as its heated indoor swimming pool.

In July and August, the children's club welcomes children from 6 to 12 years old for recreational and fun activities. Sports tournaments are offered to the whole family during the day. To finish in a good mood, lively evenings are offered every evening on different themes.

In season, you will find all the services and equipment necessary for your comfort: bar-restaurant, grocery store, wellness area, hairdresser, laundry, bike rental and gas barbecue... You can also take advantage of the free little train that will take you to the port or the beach.

Hammam

We would like to inform you that the hammam is currently closed for renovation work. It is due to reopen and be available to holidaymakers by the end of April.

The campsite has a 3,500 m2 water park with an indoor pool, outdoor pools and a slide/pentagliss, paddling pool, jacuzzi, bubble baths, massage jets, counter-current rivers and a steam room for fun with family and friends. Access to the water park is forbidden: Children under 12 not accompanied by an adult. Anyone not wearing swimming attire that complies with these rules for access to the aquatic facilities. When the maximum instantaneous attendance is reached, this being displayed at the entrance to the aquatic complex. Shorts, Bermuda shorts or any other clothing that is not suitable for swimming (all fabrics not intended for bathing) will be systematically refused. Accepted clothing must clearly show that it is made of Lycra and/or Neoprene (fabrics intended for swimming). Accepted outfits must have a close-fitting cut. Any loose-fitting garment, even in Lycra/Neoprene, will be refused for safety reasons. Hats and/or other headgear, if intended for aquatic use, must clearly show that they are made of Lycra and/or Neoprene. Our terrace was right next to the air-conditioning unit of the neighbouring mobile home, so it felt twice as hot – it was awful! What’s more, there were nights when there was noise until well past four in the morning!!!And as for the sun loungers, let’s not even go there – it was a constant battle to hunt down towels left there at very specific times, which made it all too easy for selfish people to hog the sun loungers all day long!!!

We’re having a lovely holiday at Soleil de la Méditerranée. The entertainment team are doing their very best to get all the holidaymakers into the spirit of things. The mobile home was clean and practical. The campsite is close to all the amenities, which is very handy. One slight downside was the children’s club timetable (2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon – these could be extended to 3 hours) and the evenings with the DJ (the music selection wasn’t great).

Wearing clothes (T-shirts, dresses) or a burkini in the swimming pool makes the pool very dirty, especially during this period of intense heat. There’s a problem with the sun loungers by the pool – by 10.10 am there aren’t any left, and checks aren’t carried out often enough, and they’re always at the same time!!!!
