The 5-star Les Criques de Porteils campsite is an exceptional establishment ideally located in the Occitanie region, in the Pyrénées-Orientales. It enjoys a privileged location by the sea on the famous Côte Vermeille, between Argelès-sur-Mer (about 3 km away) and the picturesque village of Collioure. The campsite clings to the mountain, offering dreamy panoramic views of the Mediterranean and surrounding mountains. It has direct access to the sea and small natural coves, including Plage de l'Ouille and Crique de Porteils, and is close to the Cerbère-Banyuls marine nature reserve. For swimming, the campsite offers its guests a magnificent aquatic area with two swimming pools (one of which is heated), whirlpool baths, a spa and a paddling pool with two slides for the enjoyment of young and old alike.
The establishment offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities for all ages. Sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the multi-sports pitch, tennis court (or half court) and table tennis tables (with loan of rackets included). Water sports activities are available on site, including free stand-up paddle lessons and kayak, SUP and Seascooter hire. For those who prefer long stretches of sand, the large beach at Argelès-sur-Mer is just a few kilometres away.
