The vaccination certificate must be up to date when you check in. In accordance with article 211-12 of the French Code rural et de la pêche maritime (Rural and Maritime Fishing Code), and the decrees and ministerial orders implementing it, 1st category "attack dogs" (e.g. pit bulls) and 2nd category "guard and defence dogs" (e.g. Rottweilers) are prohibited. Dogs and other animals must not be allowed to run at large, or even locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. Any behavioural problem caused by negligence on the part of the owner (dog left alone and barking, faeces not picked up, etc.) and requiring the intervention of the maintenance team, will be billed at €100 including tax.

In accordance with article 211-12 of the French Code rural et de la pêche maritime (Rural and Maritime Fishing Code), and the decrees and ministerial orders implementing it, 1st category "attack dogs" (e.g. pit bulls) and 2nd category "guard and defence dogs" (e.g. Rottweilers) are prohibited. Dogs and other animals must not be allowed to run at large, or even locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. Any behavioural problem caused by negligence on the part of the owner (dog left alone and barking, faeces not picked up, etc.) and requiring the intervention of the maintenance team, will be billed at €100 including tax.

Set in the heart of a rolling pine forest in Vendays-Montalivet, Camping Médoc Plage enjoys a privileged location just 950 metres from the Atlantic Ocean, accessible via a forest path. In the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy the unique atmosphere of the famous Montalivet market or explore the prestigious Médoc vineyards. The main attraction of the establishment is its magnificent, completely renovated aquatic area, including an indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor pools and an impressive structure of sensational slides (including the Space Hole and Body Slide) for the enjoyment of young and old alike.
As for activities, the establishment has a variety of leisure facilities to liven up your stay, including a multi-sports pitch, table tennis tables, a petanque area and a children's playground. For those who want to keep up the pace, fitness and aquagym classes are regularly organised. The campsite also offers friendly daytime and evening entertainment, as well as children's and teenagers' clubs supervised by qualified activity leaders, offering fun and sporting activities adapted to each age group.
To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, the Médoc Plage campsite offers a wide range of quality services and facilities. There is a restaurant-bar, a snack bar for meals on the go, and a grocery shop with fresh bread delivered every morning. Show-Bike Aquitaine in Montalivet-les-Bains from 27 June to 29 June 2025: This is the largest gathering of motorcyclists on the Atlantic coast, with fireworks, a rock concert and, on Sunday, the traditional parade where you can admire the bikes and hear the engines roar. The campsite will be packed to the rafters, and the hum of motorbikes is expected to be present at the campsite, as at all the other campsites in the resort. It's a place where many bikers, collectors, curious onlookers and friends meet up, and the atmosphere is very festive throughout the weekend.
