Ideally located in Istria, Camping Porton Nature Hideouts enjoys a privileged geographical position, nestling in a lush pine forest and offering direct access to a pebble and sandy beach (in part) facing the Adriatic Sea. Its greatest asset is without doubt the uninterrupted view over the picturesque historic centre of Rovinj, easily accessible in less than 10 minutes on foot or by bike along a pleasant coastal path. In the surrounding area, don't miss the charming old town of Rovinj and its famous Church of St Euphemia, the Bay of Lone for moments of relaxation, the Zlatni Rat nature park for hiking, or the medieval ruins of Dvigrad. Please note: The campsite does not have a swimming pool. However, you can enjoy a swim in the crystal-clear sea, as well as a floating water park in the sea for children.
The campsite focuses on outdoor recreation and relaxation. Holidaymakers can enjoy a beach volleyball court on the beach and activities such as fishing from the Porton Nature Hideouts. For those wishing to explore the surrounding area, a bike/mountain bike hire service is available. Nearby, water sports enthusiasts will find plenty to do, with opportunities for snorkelling, diving, sailing/ windsurfing and kayaking. For younger guests, there is a well-equipped play area in the middle of the forest, offering a safe place to have fun. In addition, the campsite offers light entertainment to keep the whole family entertained in season.
For your convenience, Camping Porton Nature Hideouts offers a full range of services and facilities. There is an on-site restaurant serving Mediterranean specialities and fresh fish, a snack bar and a beach bar for refreshments by the sea, as well as a mini-market/grocery and a bread depot for your daily shopping. Sanitary facilities are modern and very clean. Practical services include Wi-Fi (often at an extra cost, depending on the operator), a launderette (extra charge) and a massage parlour for a moment of well-being (extra charge). The campsite is also accessible to people with reduced mobility (depending on accommodation) and pets are allowed (at an extra charge and subject to conditions, including a dedicated dog park and swimming area).
