Could you please provide a microwave, a trivet, some bowls, an electric coffee maker and a fridge? The current fridge isn’t suitable for the flat – it’s too small. Is the tabletop suitable for six people?
The terrace isn’t covered – a shade sail would be great.
No rubbish storage room; the bins are close to the accommodation, causing odour and noise.
The timing of the maintenance work on the paths needs reviewing – the leaf blower is on right in the middle of breakfast.

The main drawback is the bedding and the bedrooms. A poor quality sofa bed in the living room for a couple to sleep on for 1 week! Not suitable for holidays, as we also need to rest and get a good night's sleep.
