Nestling on a hillside in the charming village of Venterol, Les Terrasses Provençales campsite enjoys a privileged location just a few kilometres from Nyons, famous for its olives and sunny microclimate. From the campsite, you can enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, the jewels of the region. For heritage lovers, the nearby châteaux of the Drôme, such as Grignan, offer unforgettable cultural escapades. At the campsite itself, you can cool off and relax in the outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool, all in a typically Provençal green setting.
When it comes to leisure activities, the campsite has an authentic family atmosphere. There's a pétanque court, a must for summer evenings, and a children's play area. For the more sporty, there are numerous hiking and cycling trails leading directly from the campsite, allowing you to explore the surrounding lavender fields and vineyards. Although the campsite is very quiet and does not offer a supervised children's club or a noisy entertainment programme, its peaceful atmosphere makes it the ideal place to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature.
The campsite has been designed to make your daily life easier while preserving your peace and quiet. There is free Wi-Fi access around reception so you can stay connected. A bread and pastry delivery service is available every morning (to order), and there's a snack bar where you can enjoy a drink or a light meal on the terrace. The sanitary blocks are meticulously maintained and include areas accessible to people with reduced mobility, as well as a laundry room with washing machine.
