A warm welcome, great services and facilities, and very friendly entertainment.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed using the swimming pool, which is the plus point of this campsite.
Its location makes it an ideal holiday destination.

Camping Neptuno is the perfect place for families with young children, but also for anyone who loves holidays in the great outdoors. It is ideally situated in a pine forest, 1600 m from the beach of the seaside resort of Pals, on Spain's famous Costa Brava. There is a large outdoor semi-Olympic swimming pool with a waterslide, a paddling pool and water games for the little ones.

The site is located in a calm environment, but the atmosphere is always there all day long. Several leisure facilities are available for the whole family to enjoy. Family entertainment is offered three times a week in the evenings. There's also a mini club for children aged 4 to 12.

Thanks to the campsite Neptuno's catering service, you can enjoy your holiday without worrying about cooking. As well as a selection of takeaways, there is also a snack bar and a grocery shop. A Wi-Fi connection (for a fee) covers the entire campsite to help you stay connected.

Important information

- If you plan to arrive after 6 p.m., you must call the campsite to indicate your expected arrival time. - Customers who require a parking space must specify this.

Practical information

The campsite reception is open every day from 9am to 5pm. In the event of late arrival, customers must inform reception well in advance.

Identity card or passport required

All customers aged 14 and over staying at Camping Neptuno (Spain) must present a valid identity document (passport or identity card) on arrival. Failure to present a valid identity document may result in refusal of access to the campsite.

Managing extras

We would like to inform you that due to a change in the organisation of the Neptuno campsite, it is no longer possible to add extras (dogs, sheets, towels, etc.) to the files in advance. All extras must be requested and paid for directly on site on arrival.

The campsite has a large pool area, including - a large family pool with a balneo area - a paddling pool for the little ones - a play pool with water games Children under 10 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult as the swimming area is not supervised. Anyone who does not respect the closing times will also be asked to leave the campsite.

For a more gourmet touch, the campsite has a snack bar that welcomes guests in a friendly and festive atmosphere. Guests can enjoy coffee, ice cream, etc. During the summer months, the snack bar offers fried potatoes, croquettes, pizzas and paellas.
A supermarket is also available on site to supply guests on a daily basis.

A campsite set amongst a lovely backdrop of umbrella pines. Peace and quiet, relaxation and a lovely beach, still set in natural surroundings.
The only downside, as far as we were concerned, was that some nasty neighbours – far too noisy and completely inconsiderate – turned up, and I must admit they spoiled the end of our stay.
