Nestled in the beautiful Kvarner archipelago on the island of Losinj, surrounded by unspoilt waters and close to the Adriatic Sea. Camping Poljana is a family-run campsite offering a wonderful family holiday. It is ideally situated for a sunny beach holiday in Croatia.

Camping Poljana has a range of leisure facilities, including a football pitch, a beach volleyball court and a tennis court. There is a playground for the little ones. The kids’ club and teens’ club are ideal for the youngest guests, offering craft activities and games. Older children can take part in the sports tournaments organised by the campsite. For a bit of fun, the campsite organises evenings featuring cabaret, shows and live music.

As for facilities, you can dine at the campsite’s Poljana restaurant, which serves traditional Croatian dishes. There is a mini-market and a bar. The campsite also has Wi-Fi so you can stay connected throughout your stay.

Information restaurant works

The campsite is currently building a new restaurant. Due to this extensive work, no restaurant is available on site at the moment, with the opening planned for mid-June. As the construction site is located right next to the campsite entrance, customers staying at the campsite until 15 June will be exposed to noise pollution and a "construction zone" atmosphere during the day. The work, involving site machinery, generally finishes between 5pm and 6pm.

The accommodation was clean but there were no shelves for clothes; the outdoor area is tiny and there’s no view because the vegetation isn’t maintained – it’s too overgrown, takes up all the space and blocks the sea view. The sports ground is tiny, in a dreadful state, and on top of that you have to pay to use it! The staff are neither welcoming nor friendly. The facilities (reception, shop, play area, etc.) are old and in poor condition. You have to pay extra for Wi-Fi... The little shop is really very expensive. The island is superb, but we were very disappointed with the campsite.

Lack of evenings for teenagers and adults, nothing to do after dinner, obliged to leave the campsite for music and other activities.

We're used to going away with Tohapi and have never been disappointed.
I think it's a shame that you have to pay to play football and tennis.
There is no place to play pétanque (a popular game), which is normally a place for socialising and meeting people.
No investment in the children's club, which is very passive.

Our bungalow was perfect, spotlessly clean. 10/10
